根據外媒報道，强国在荷蘭當地設置非法警察局，目的是為了打壓海外持異議聲音的中國人。對此，荷蘭外交部承諾將開啟調查，採取行動；中國駐荷蘭大使館則向媒體否認此事，稱「根本不知道」非法警察局存在。
根據BBC報導，這件事之所以被揭發是因為西班牙非政府組織 “Safeguard Defenders” 公布的中國跨國警務失控報告。該組織在報告中指出，中國在5大洲和21個國家共建立了54個「海外警務中心」，其中大多數分布在歐洲。

三號強風信號現正生效。 天文台表示，三號強風信號會在中午前維持，並會考慮在正午12時至下午2時之間發出八號烈風或暴風信號。雖然尼格會逐漸減弱，但減弱速度仍存在變數。按照最新預測路徑，尼格會在今日稍後非常接近珠江口一帶，於本港以南約150公里以內掠過，屆時本港將由吹偏北風逐漸轉為吹東風，原本受遮蔽的地方可能會變得當風，本港風勢將進一步增強。
