BREAKING: The terrorist shot dead on London Bridge has been identified as 28-year-old Usman Khan, who was convicted in 2012 for terrorism offences and released from prison in December 2018 on probation - PA

The stabbing of five and murder of two victims in London Bridge, yesterday, before the Islamist was tackled by the public and shot by police is an illustration of what Prof. David Starkey referred to as the UK having the rule of lawyers rather than the rule of law at present.
The case of Usman Khan, 28, highlights the enormous damage being done by a shadow government of unelected out-of-touch judges making rulings in direct contravention of the public interest.
Khan was jailed “indefinitely” in 2012 for a plot to blow up the London Stock Exchange but this was later reduced to a 16-year sentence of which it was deemed “mandatory” he serve at least eight, genuinely incarcerated.
The speed of the killers early release must, but most likely will not, bring a harsh spotlight onto the UK government’s “de-radicalisation” programme, which takes place under the so-called “Prevent Strategy” instituted after 7/7. It defies belief that the Islamist murderer would have been released so early, not that he ever should have been, had he not “passed” such a programme and therefore been deemed “safe” for early release.
The knifeman wearing a fake bomb vest was in fact set free wearing an electronic tag, after serving only six years, and though the press is making much of the comedy value of his being tackled by fire-extinguishers and a narwhal tusk (see above) the latter points to why a convicted murderer was also among those who brought the Islamic killer down, on the bridge, to then be shit twice by armed police.
Khan was actually attending a prisoner rehabilitation event, being held at Fishmongers Hall, which is at the northern end of London Bridge. He revealed his “vest” and intentions there and began stabbing people, leading to a quick thinking bystander tearing the tusk down from a wall display to drive him out of the building, and onto the bridge where he was brought down as filmed from numerous angles.
