This may sadly be a tragic example of a Law versus Legal precedence.

This is being misrepresented by the media.

The Mother and Father have an Inalienable Right to protect the Right to Life of their boy.

In Law, the mother and father have a lawful duty of care for their boy.

The boy has an Inalienable Right to Life in Law and in Natural Law, which is superior in the Hierarchy of Law to any written document.

The mother and father have a duty and obligation under Law to 'Do No Harm' to their boy and it is their Conscience and their decision to weigh what is best for him, to weight Right and Wrong, and to make the decision, using the criteria 'Do No Harm'.

In the Law, and Natural Law, the Mother and Father carry the duty, obligation and responsibility to care for their boy in the months and years to come if the boy has consequences of their decision, even if the mother and father made the decision with the best intentions. This is why in the Law, and the Natural Law, the Mother and Father must make the decision, as they bear the responsibility of the outcome of their decision. The Natural Law upholding the Inalienable Rights of the boy, mother and father makes sense as the family is the fundamental and foundational pillar in our communities and in Law. The Mother and Father have the ultimate, imprescriptible, inherent and inalienable duty of care in Law for their boy.

All interventions, including Medical Interventions, must be based in Law. The Mother and Father must be given full, free, true and informed consent and their Rights and their decision is Superior in Law.

Any interference in the Inalienable Rights of the boy's Right to Life without the full, free and informed consent of his Mother and Father is unlawful.

The man or woman who does so, is misrepresenting the Law and he or she holds the liability for the harm and adverse events they cause, now and in the future.

This is based in the Law, Natural Law and reiterated in the Nuremberg Code.

A man or woman such as a Police Constable and Justice in Law has a higher duty, liability and responsibility in Law.

Any unlawful actions and or omissions such as a breach of the boy's skin or body, without the Mother's and Father's full, free and informed consent is unlawful and unethical. All men and women involved hold  Liability for the consequences, including all Harm, Adverse Events and Death and all involved are as guilty by their actions and omissions as the man or woman causing the Assault, Harm, Adverse Event, Suffering and or Death, or Premature Death.

The Mother's and Father's and the Boy's rights in Law to Life, Bodily Integrity and Informed Consent are superior in Law to all written documents, and are inalienable, can never be taken away and never given up.

In Law, breaches of these Inalienable Right to Live had different names for the Crimes, depending on the circumstances, including Wilful Blindness, Assault, Deception and Misrepresentation of the Law causing Harm, to Criminal Misconduct, Malfeasance, Assault causing Harm, and Contributory Manslaughter.

Whether it is this boy, or sadly another boy or girl, one case in Law, will set a Precedence.

If Fraud is involved, any man or woman involved holds the liability.

Fraud and Misrepresentation can happen in the Informed Consent process, if those men and women 'knew or should have known' the intervention causes More Harm than Good. Fraud unravels all. There is no time limit on fraud. Those with a Lawful duty and are paid as Judges, Justices, Civil and Public Servants, Physicians, all have a higher duty of care and are privately and criminally liable for any misrepresentation of the Law and any and all Harm they do by their actions and omissions.

This happened at around 23.00pm New Zealand time Thursday 8th December 2022.

Baby Will has been kidnapped at almost midnight by four police with zero permission from the parents and while he was deeply asleep.

He is being woken to have tests. He never wakes at night.

He is going to have a huge piece of surgery at 8 am after a broken night and so much stress and his mother , from whom he has never been separated , was not initially allowed to be with him.

She is being coerced into signing documents of full coercion - she is not even allowed anyone else including her husband in her room tonight while she agonises through the long hours until 8 am - and she is frightened that she will be kept from her baby in the operation if she publishes anything about the brutality. They are trying to completely break her spirit.

She is simply desperate to be with her baby and to be in the operation.

And still they are trying to silence her.

SUE GREY KICKED OUT OF HOSPITAL

Lawyer Sue Grey went to see Baby Will's mother before his 8am surgery and was kicked out of the hospital by police and threatened with a trespass notice if she did not comply.

The policewoman told Sue that she didn’t believe she was a lawyer.

Sam is very tired but ok. Will is absolutely gorgeous as always, and was smiling and waving his arms and legs, almost singing, as he got ready for his heart surgery.

Every one of us has a duty in Law to prevent Harm, Injury and Death.
If we do not, in Law, we are as guilty as the man or woman that do Harm.

Conscience and the discernment of Right and Wrong is fundamental to the 'Trial by Jury' in Law.

The Law applies to all Men, Women, Boys and Girls, the Law applies to those who are alive. In Law, men and women, who are alive, are Innocent or Guilty. This is determined in a 'Trial by Jury' formed by 12 men and women.

The Legal System applies to non-living entities. It has a different language, legalese. Words can be defined with different meanings. In Legalese, non-living entities, like Person, Citizen can only be Guilty or Not Guilty.

In a medical treatment of a man or woman, boy or girl, the Law applies to all men and women involved. The lawful language in each Country is determined in Law for example, it is Gaelic and English in Éire/Ireland. Language is critical, the definition of words, including in Manuals and Glossarys are important.

It is straight forward to assess what language is used in lawful documents. Using the incorrect language is issuing a Counterfeit and is unlawful.
Applying the 'Legal' System and 'legalese' when say 'English' and the 'Law' can and should be applied is a criminal offence. If done by people dressed up as 'Judges', 'Police' in the course of their duty, it is one of the highest criminal offences, such as malfeasance, with up to 20 years in prison in English.

No one is above the Law.

A 'Trial by Jury' in Law, using say English and constituted by men and women obligated to uphold the Law, is how malfeasance and misconduct in Public Office can be decided upon.

Every one is Innocent until Proven Guilty in a 'Trial by Jury'.

The Law applies in all Countries and to all men and women.

Knowledge of the Law underpins all aspects of our communities and Nations, including Accountability, Protection of Right to Life and Freedom.

One man or woman determined to be engaged in unlawful actions and or omissions can set Precedent in Law.

Being dressed up as a 'Judge' or 'Police', does NOT make anyone a Judge or Police. The test is, are they operating lawfully and by Law. This is the theme of 'Law versus Legal' and why I use 'dressed up' as a 'Judge', 'Police', 'Coroner' etc. This can be assessed in a Trial by Jury. Every man and woman is Innocent until proven Guilty by Law.
It is up to the Jury to assess every situation.
No one is above the Law.
For example, the employment status of the man or woman dressed up as a 'Judge' can be assessed. Are the a Judge under Law. Being an Agent of a Business Entity, or of a Business Corporation that is not declared, which involves any financial gain or conflict of interest, is not only unlawful, if identified in a Lawful 'Trial by Jury', would be a Criminal Offence, for example, Malfeasance, Criminal Misrepresentation, Deception, Fraud, Fraudulent Misrepresentation for Financial Gain, all can have among the most severe penalties, as such concealed Conflicts of Interest would deny Justice to men and women, the highest crime developed by Societies over many thousands of years, such as Dlí na Féine and later Brehon Law.
Importantly, also the history of the 'court' can be assessed, and if the Court is lawful and operating lawfully in the Nation.
For example, is the 1924 'Courts' 'Act' lawful?
The requirement to assess this is on those 'dressed up' as 'Judges', 'Police' etc, they should assess their own role. This can also be lawfully assessed by anyone with Standing in Law, and by Trial by Jury, to forensically assess the lawfulness of the 'Courts', those who present themselves 'dressed up' and paid as 'Judges' 'Police', etc, what is the language used, the language used in the documents, etc.
No one is above the Law.

All Medical treatment is in the Natural Law Inalienable Right to Life, Bodily Integrity, and Right to Informed Consent without any Coersion.

If Coersion or threats is used, there is NO consent. Then all medical intervention would be unlawful, such as Assault and Harm, which can be assessed by a 'Trial by Jury'.

If legalese, as a different language is or was used, this can be assessed.

A Trial by Jury' can assess the language used.

If there is a financial transaction or any 'Charge' of any 'Trust' without the full, complete and correct information given, this also can be assessed by a 'Trial by Jury'

Every man or woman is Innocent until proven Guilty.

The Law, Natural Law and 'Trial by Jury' is lawful to protect the lawful rights and freedom of men and women in all countries now.
