As William Keytes discusses, it was a cherished foundation of England many centuries BEFORE written documents, before any 'Constitution', before the 1215 Magna Carta, etc
In Law, for a CRIMINAL offence, Harm must be alleged by a Man or Woman who is alive, against another living Man or Woman.
Every Man or Woman is 'Innocent until proven GUILTY by a Jury of their Peers'.
The individual Jurors & Jury together decide if the allegations are True or False & decide on Innocence or Guilt based on the Hearing, the Evidence & each Juror making their important decision in good CONSCIENCE.
Being a Juror & participating in a 'Trial by Jury' is one of the responsibilities of Men & Women in Law & in their Community.
Making FALSE allegations of Criminal Offences causes Harm to the Good Reputation of other Men & Women or attempt to HARASS or INFRINGE on Inherent Rights & Freedoms.
