“Dr, ada new case dari PAC dekat LR 5 tu, buat transfer in review & #update LR board ya. Kejap lagi pakar nak round pulak”
“Dr, LR 12 c/o bearing down, tolong attend & #conduct!”

Bukan setakat belajar buat procedures saja, tapi yg lebih #penting, kena faham juga;
👉🏻bila nak buat (indications)
👉🏻bila TAK boleh buat (contraindications)
👉🏻 apa nak expect in the findings & investigation results
👉🏻how to documents findings,
Inform MO important results.
Kita HO bukan #robot buat kerja rutin saja, tapi kena faham semua ni juga. Need to make sense of each task.
Kalau tunggu tagging baru nak belajar semua ni, memang #stress! Belum kira staff n MOs banyak yg strict sebab memang semua nak cepat & kalau ada apa2 silap akan bahayakan both mother & baby 😅
Sebab tu ramai yg #resign waktu O&G posting, baik 1st poster mahupun senior poster ⚠️
