Kita HO bukan #robot buat kerja rutin saja, tapi kena faham semua ni juga. Need to make sense of each task.
Kalau tunggu tagging baru nak belajar semua ni, memang #stress! Belum kira staff n MOs banyak yg strict sebab memang semua nak cepat & kalau ada apa2 silap akan bahayakan both mother & baby 😅
Sebab tu ramai yg #resign waktu O&G posting, baik 1st poster mahupun senior poster ⚠️

Jadi yg dah nak masuk HO ni, tolong bersedia betul2 ya 💪🏻

Kalau dah start HOs, boleh download/ask from seniors HOs your own state/dept punya O&G protocol.
Kalau masih menunggu HO posting, saya recommend focus baca Kedah state protocol (sbb very concise & HO friendly).
Siap ada color2 & very neat, so boleh print & baca semua common topics according to O&G HO logbooks sementara tunggu masuk HO ni ❤️
