- maksudnya apa yg HO kena tahu & buat supaya kita boleh OFF tagging di setiap department?

Biasanya setiap posting akan ada tagging log/ form /OFF tag sheet macam ni;

New HO perlu tahu apa nak buat bila attend patient with:

SOB, chest pain, hyper/hypotension,
hypo/hyperkalaemia, hypo/hyperglycaemia


Ini semua common ward emergencies yg HO perlu attend, #assess, #manage & inform MO according.

(Termasuk interprete ECG & ABG, calculate potassium correction etc)⚠️
