Creating the things you desire and deserve begins with seeing what is currently going on in your own mind.

When you observe your thoughts, your patterns, and your responses to reality, an empowering clarity descends upon your present situations and circumstances and you just know that it is possible to make the changes you most want to make in your life.

As you watch your own creative process and how you bring your feelings, your moods, and your behaviors into being it becomes more and more obvious to you that nothing in this life is “just happening.”

When you learn your recipes for anxiety, anger, insecurity...

You discover everything you need to know about how to not create these things.

And as you learn your recipes for joy, satisfaction, and abundance...

You gain the ability to generate and leverage these states on command.

The most important lessons you will ever learn in this life you will learn from YOURSELF.

The ancient teachers recognized and taught this truth.

Self-Awareness and Self-Knowledge are vital for your health, wealth, and happiness.

Often when someone is dealing with health issues, there is something going on within them that they are unaware of.

Most of us carry around beliefs, patterns, existential positions, thoughts, fears, and distorted perceptions that color our view of the world and determine what we see and how we see it.

When a person is pushed beyond their Threshold, the ancient animal brain activates a specific Biological Program to help assist them in surviving the event.

These Biological Programs work by adapting specific tissues of the body in a very specific manner in order to serve a very specific Biological Purpose.

If a person has a Death-Fright Conflict, their lung alveoli respond.

If a person has a Nest-Worry Conflict, the tissue of their breast glands respond.

If a person has an Indigestible Morsel Conflict, the tissues of their digestive tract responds.

If a person has a Self-Devaluation Conflict, their connective tissues responds.

These Biological Program follow a specific course of tissue adaption based upon both the intensity and the duration of the Conflict.

What we generally think of, refer to and experience as "sickness" is actually our tissues adapting and/or our tissues restoring after a period of adaptation.

If we are unaware of the connection between our mind and body and lack the conscious awareness necessary to understand how we are keeping these Conflicts alive in our experience...

The physical manifestations this will be what medicine refers to as "chronic illness", "chronic pain", “disease", "autoimmune disease", “allergies", etc.

Willingness to give up what makes you sick means a willingness to learn about how your body and mind work so that you can take conscious control of both your internal, emotional experience and your external, physical reality.

These skills improve literally everything about What It Is Like To Be You:

Your health

You finances

Your relationships

Your self-esteem

Your success

Your peace of mind

Your ability to have fun

Your ability to connect and to be authentic and comfortable in your own skin...

Steve and I have integrated this knowledge and these principles into our life philosophy and it has resulted in incredible improvements in literally every aspect of our lives.

We make our ideas accessible and available to those who are drawn to them, but our approach definitely isn't for everyone.

Not everyone is interested in or ready for this kind of work...

And that is totally okay.

But for you who are, I enthusiastically urge you to dive now and to dive DEEP.

It is work, it does require conscious effort, and it does take a deep desire to improve your experience...

But it is immediately and incredibly rewarding when you do it.

As soon as you create a few experiential reference points for giving up a thought or belief or pattern that was causing you to create emotional experiences and physical results that you don’t want...

And as soon as you choose a better thought or belief or pattern...
