To detach from your false identities…
You must first become aware that you are operating from a false identity.
Most people are completely unaware of their false identities.
They don’t know when they are taken over by an unconscious program about money, relationships, health, etc.
They don’t know when they are repeating a phrase/attitude/behavior/reaction they learned from their parents from ages 0-7.
🤖 They don’t know they are robots.
They don’t realize exactly how every perception has been influenced by their past experiences.
And they don’t know that they don’t know…
They often feel like they are already self-aware.
Thinking that you already know is the biggest block to learning.
I had this block.
I thought I knew *everything* about health and life when I was 24.
I had all the answers!
I was graduating early with honors, engaged, and ready to save humanity with religious fervor!
Then something happened.
🪞A series of events brought me to a place of looking hard into the mirror and observing the profoundly dysfunctional patterns that were expressing through my adorable face.
There was something very not adorable happening… I was unconscious and living in a distorted world.
I was not aware of the habitual way my mind operated and how I had the ability to create problems out of thin air.
It became clear to me that my number one priority was to understand how this was taking place within me.
The work started then for me and hasn’t stopped since.
I am still deprogramming robotic parts of my identity.
I am still rewiring old patterns.
I am still uncovering rusty beliefs and rigid attitudes.
This is the work we do in 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹.
You’ll learn a framework for making sense of what is going on behind the scenes of your mind.
You’ll learn how to recognize and reconcile identities that are no longer serving you so you can drop the suffering.
