Understanding the reality of this frees you from the fear of the process.
Knowing how your body works is the antidote to health anxiety.
When you understand that heart palpitations follow an overwhelm conflict…
Bloody diarrhea follows an intense or long indigestible morsel conflict…
A crazy acne breakout follows feeling attacked or defiled…
An itchy rash or hives follows feeling separated or wanting to separate…
Burning urination follows a territorial boundary dispute…
When you get it it’s not so scary.
It will probably still be uncomfortable, but when you understand it means restoration is taking place it greatly diminishes the fear.
Old programming may still cause hints of fear to bubble up, it makes sense because your well was tainted with poisonous ideas since your physical material existed inside your parents.
Your body knows exactly how deeply you understand this and how truly free from fear you are.
The deeper the knowing, the freer from fear.
We need to raise the next generation with this deep wisdom.
Pure and free.
Liberated from the poisonous health ideologies that bring fear and self dis-trust.
Learn it for the next generation.
