🕵🏼♀️
When did it start?
What changed in my life at that time?
When does it come back?
What was happening?
Who was I around?
Where did I go?
What did I encounter?
What were the sights, sounds, smells, foods, environmental factors?
What compulsive thoughts went through my head?
What couldn’t I stop rehashing in my mind?
When was the first time I felt this feeling?
Is this really about what just happened or something that happened much earlier in my life?
If you can start asking yourself questions like this and gathering data about yourself in a chill, relaxed way it will help you find the root.
Avoid the common trap of feeling super pressured, rushed, overwhelmed, panicked, etc. about this project.
Sometimes it’s easy and the connections are made quickly, but sometimes it isn’t.
Letting it be okay that you are where you are with the process is extremely helpful for furthering your progress.
If you’ve done a ton of digging and are still getting nowhere and find yourself feeling frustrated/sad/anxious etc. about the lack of a radical change in your symptoms something else to experiment with is releasing all resistance, total surrender.
Stop trying to figure it out, stop connecting dots for a while and direct your focus toward something else, anything else that is easy to feel good about.
Sometimes your resolution will come obviously and directly, but it can also come indirectly when you shift your energy in a productive new direction.
Most resolutions happen instinctively and intuitively.
By getting in the flow of your instincts and intuition you will tend toward more biological living.
Living biologically is the natural resolution for most of our chronic modern conflicts.
Experiment with all the tools you pick up along your journey.
Don’t get stuck on there being a perfect, best, or only way.
There are so many ways to find your way through this.
Let yourself expand and evolve with each new bit of information you learn about the biological laws and about yourself.
Find the fun in putting the puzzle together and if it stops being fun go outside and get your hands in the dirt!

If they lump it in with treatments or modalities…
If they don’t mention the embryological germ layers or CT brain scans…
If they don’t talk about the law of 2 phases…
If they don’t address the bio-logical meaning of dis-ease…
If they write it off as psychosomatic…
If they give it lip service by saying “stress and emotions are a factor in disease too”…
If they use minor language discrepancies to say it is wrong…
𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝘁, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻’𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻’𝘁 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘁.
Someone might come along and be able to legitimately shed new light on everything Hamer said.
They might discover an even more core law of reality that causes Hamer’s map to be viewed differently or to be no longer relevant.
I’m open to that.
Despite how I’ve see some people describe me, I’m not obsessed with Hamer or a religious advocate for GNM.
I’ve played the game of dogmatic devotion to a health paradigm and had my once rock solid beliefs totally upended.
I follow and teach what makes the most sense to me.
If something comes along that makes more sense than the 5 Biological Laws, you will see me share about it.
But as of now I haven’t seen a more complete, cogent, and comprehensive system for understanding of the cause symptoms.
My observation is most of these detractors have a pioneer complex and don’t want to share the spotlight with Dr. Hamer.
Hamer doesn’t own the biological laws...
They belong to all of life, he was just the first to identify and describe them in detail.
You don’t need to put down this sacred ancient wisdom to prop yourself up.
Whatever you’re doing that works to help people is working in the context of these natural biological laws.
It would be really cool if you took the time to study the germ layers, the psyche-brain-organ synchronicity, and all the biological laws so you know what you’re talking about when you say German New Medicine.

What’s more important than the narrative you have about your personal history?
What’s more important than how you feel?
What’s more important than the messages you’re sending to your body about what is going on in your life?
