This water is there to sustain and protect you while you find your way back to safety.
The extra fluid is stored in fat tissue and if you happen to be going though a healing phase of another tissue this fluid will go to the site of healing which Dr. Hamer called 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗲.

Have you ever had a sudden shock that you were not capable?
Not strong enough, not smart enough, not a good enough partner, not a good enough athlete/dancer/performer, not physically able to perform a task, etc?
Humiliation, shame, guilt, abuse, feeling unsupported, feeling like a failure?
During an active self devaluation conflict there is tissue necrosis.
If this conflict persists for a long time the tissue becomes weak and is prone to tearing/breaking.
A person who has been told they have “degeneration” has been running this program.
When the conflict is resolved the tissue rebuilds and becomes stronger than before.
The active conflict is the cold phase.
The resolution and rebuilding is the hot phase.
“Itis” means inflammation.
