The idea that something other than my own consciousness is responsible for my experience and results is disempowering.⁣

Thats why I’m not interested in the models that say…⁣

It’s your genes.⁣
It’s the germs.⁣
It’s the food.⁣
It’s the toxins.⁣
It’s the government.⁣
It’s the patriarchy.⁣
It’s your past.⁣
It’s the evil forces.⁣
It’s the collective.⁣
It’s something scary and invisible and you need _ to fix it.⁣
⁣
Any ideology that places power in a substance, organism, person, or entity outside of the consciousness of the individual is undermining that individual’s power.⁣
⁣
If your model of reality makes you feel scared, stuck, pressured, overwhelmed, hyper vigilant, powerless, or like you need to live in a perfect way or take all the perfect remedies in order to be okay… question that model.⁣
⁣
Where you find peace, you will find truth.⁣
Where you find freedom, you will find truth.
