Observe the stories you tell yourself when your body is experiencing pain.

If you keep telling the

"This is Getting Worse"
or
"I Must Be Doing Something Wrong"
or
"I'm Broken"
or
"This Will Never Get Better"...

story you will often remain in a Vicious Cycle which perpetuates symptoms

Understanding the 2nd Biological Law will help you break out of this pattern.

Dr. Hamer discovered that all health conditions occur in two phases (provided there is a resolution to the Conflict).

The first phase is when you are active with the Conflict and your body is in Fight or Flight mode.

This is when your body is actively adapting your tissues to help facilitate a quick return to safety.

Once your Conflict is Resolved and your body is getting the message that you are safe it shifts into Rest and Repair mode.

This is when you have swelling, pain, inflammation, and are feeling exhausted.

These symptoms are GOOD NEWS!

They are indicators that your body is restoring.

They are not comfortable and at times can be extremely intense, but they are a sign of your body doing the right thing.

When you understand this process you do not fear these symptoms.

When you do not understand this process you fear, resist, or freak out about these symptoms which can cause your body to shift back into Fight or Flight mode initiating another adaptive process.

This is exactly how "chronic pain" happens.

Chronic pain makes perfect sense when you understand the Biological Laws.

The way to break the cycle is to become Aware of your mental and emotional state, the stories you tell yourself, and how you process the feedback you receive from your environment.

When you tell the

"My Body is Doing the Right Thing"
or
"Pain is a Sign of Restoration"
or
"My Body is Brilliant and Knows How to Heal"
or
"I know this is a Sign I am Getting Better"
or
"It's Always Darkest Before The Dawn"

story your body can complete the restoration process without reactivating the conflict.

You can break the cycle.
Your body knows what it is doing.
Every symptom tells a story.

When you know GNM/GHK the activities of your body are no longer a mystery.

This is not a reason to feel bad.

Don’t take this as a reason to feel bad.

This is a reason to learn how to feel better.

Your perception creates your experience of reality.
Everything you read is filtered by your perception. Your awareness of this filtering is vital self-knowledge.
Notice how you perceive what you read.

Did you pause and consider how the principle could be potentially useful to you in your experience or did you jump right to how it a theoretical other could misuse the idea for harm?

It is useful to examine your reactions.

The majority of the things I share are intended for intrapersonal use ie how can an individual use the idea to improve their own life experience.

While in this sand box I suggest you experiment with perceiving through that lens.
