Have you noticed how there is always a food theory that can tell you a dozen ways that your current diet is hurting you?⁣

That causes mucus!⁣
That causes inflammation!⁣
That has fodmaps in it!⁣
That has lectins!⁣
That causes bloating!⁣
That causes gas!⁣
That makes you fat!⁣
That feeds cancer!⁣
That causes acne!⁣
Too much sugar!⁣
Vegetables are toxic!⁣
Meat is toxic!⁣
Grains are toxic!⁣
Cooked food is toxic!⁣
Raw food is toxic!⁣
That causes ___!

🤔 Can it all really be true?⁣

Aren’t there people out in the world eating that food and thriving?⁣

Or are they all harboring a secret illness that aligns with your model of reality? 😉

Your 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 influences the food more than the food can influence you.⁣

When you’re in a state of misalignment food can be a constant source of confusion and stress.⁣

Misalignment comes from listening to all the external chatter, bouncing from expert to expert.⁣

Misalignment comes from focusing on what you 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 (I don’t want to be sick, I don’t want to be fat, I don’t want to eat the wrong thing, etc). ⁣

When you are aligned with what you 𝐝𝐨 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 and living in harmony you will hear the guidance of your intuition...⁣

Your intuition will lead you to the foods (and amount of food) that best serves you.⁣

When you are aligned, you can trust yourself.⁣

When you are aligned, you can trust your choices.⁣
