They are based in avoidance of danger, scarcity, rush, and fear.⁣

If you mistake those thoughts for the real you, your life will feel chaotic and terrifying.⁣

The real you is the 𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 that is in the background of those thoughts...⁣

The endless expanse of 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞 and 𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐤𝐚𝐲𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬.⁣
