Speak to yourself the way you wish your parents spoke to you.
Treat yourself the way you wish your parents treated you.
Be supportive, understanding, kind, confident, helpful, comforting, loving.
Not pushy, overbearing, or smothering.
Not absent, condemning, or disowning.
Not uninterested, distracted, or oblivious.
Not cruel, abusive, or mocking.
Be present, aware, and interested in yourself and how you are feeling.
Reparenting yourself and better self-talk can solve many of your mental, emotional, and physical problems.
