Their business grows or shrinks in proportion to their focused attention.⁣

They have to be πšππšπ©π­πšπ›π₯𝐞 and evolve quickly to changing circumstances.⁣
⁣
They have to be feeling physically and mentally well in order to consistently show up and provide value to the world around them in exchange for resources.⁣
⁣
The skills they develop for succeeding with their business are many of the same skills needed for maintaining 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐒𝐬.⁣

They are calm and respond swiftly to shocks and unexpected events.⁣
⁣
They are adaptable.⁣
⁣
They are self-confident.⁣

They know they can’t rely on anyone to come save them.⁣

They trust their own mind and decisions.⁣

They tend to engage in a proactive healthy lifestyles and β€œbiohacking” so they can stay on top of their game.⁣

They pay for their own healthcare so they avoid unnecessary doctor visits and medications.⁣

They understand value exchange.⁣
⁣
They have clear boundaries between themselves and others.⁣
⁣
All of these skills are extremely helpful for maintaining a state of homeostasis in the body.⁣

The entrepreneur’s ability to return to inner balance quickly is what prevents or minimizes the tissue adaptations formerly known as β€œdisease”.⁣

This is why entrepreneurs tend to be healthier.

When was the first time I felt this feeling?⁣

Is this really about what just happened or something that happened much earlier in my life?⁣
⁣
If you can start asking yourself questions like this and gathering data about yourself in a chill, relaxed way it will help you find the root.⁣
⁣
Avoid the common trap of feeling super pressured, rushed, overwhelmed, panicked, etc. about this project.⁣
⁣
Sometimes it’s easy and the connections are made quickly, but sometimes it isn’t.⁣
⁣
Letting it be okay that you are where you are with the process is extremely helpful for furthering your progress.⁣
⁣
If you’ve done a ton of digging and are still getting nowhere and find yourself feeling frustrated/sad/anxious etc. about the lack of a radical change in your symptoms something else to experiment with is releasing all resistance, total surrender.⁣

Stop trying to figure it out, stop connecting dots for a while and direct your focus toward something else, anything else that is easy to feel good about.⁣
⁣
Sometimes your resolution will come obviously and directly, but it can also come indirectly when you shift your energy in a productive new direction.⁣
⁣
Most resolutions happen instinctively and intuitively.⁣
⁣
By getting in the flow of your instincts and intuition you will tend toward more biological living.⁣
⁣
Living biologically is the natural resolution for most of our chronic modern conflicts.⁣
⁣
Experiment with all the tools you pick up along your journey.⁣
⁣
Don’t get stuck on there being a perfect, best, or only way. ⁣
⁣
There are so many ways to find your way through this. ⁣
⁣
Let yourself expand and evolve with each new bit of information you learn about the biological laws and about yourself.⁣
⁣
Find the fun in putting the puzzle together and if it stops being fun go outside and get your hands in the dirt!
