It took me a long time to write what I just shared. I have been struggling with how to write it, and today I had a flow experience of writing.
I don't recall writing so direct as I have written today. I feel it is now the time to take down this tyranny, and I think I know how.
The two articles I've mentioned, 9.4 and 9.5 are essential. While the most attractive focus is the financial element, the indemnification clauses and their appearance here makes it very clear that governments that have signed a legal obligation beyond their role and responsibilities because they can be seen as being covered by these articles (and the indentation article).
They have no problem if the vaccine program fails. They are untouchables.
This takes away judiciary and parliamentary process while giving the government and everyone involved in this an indemnification. The state gets powers to take away our freedoms using the vaccination program while gaining from this relationship. The fact is that the media can also be seen as a marketing agent of the manufacturers. "Sponsored by Pfizer" means exactly what it says - Pfizer gives profits to Gates, who uses GAVI to push Pfizer. Gates funds the media. The media provides an aspect of the commercialisation, hence it is also indemnified. For a mandate to work, I need to consent. Let me make it VERY clear- I DO NOT CONSENT.
Some are not aware of it, some are aware of the plan and choose to play the game and use their indemnification to call for a bigger restrictions on us, the governed by the mandates which are being imposed on us. Let me repeat again: I DO NOT CONSENT.
This is a time to wake up. The contracts gave the system powers they never had before, and they did it in secrecy, AND WE WILL ATTACK THEM FOR THAT AND WE WILL WIN.
I want all those who are part of it to start to realise that we know their weakest point and that it is their own greed for power over us that will cause their downfall.

As I’ve written in the last few days (see The Pfizer Mandate and THE PFIZER MANDATE - SLAYING THE DRAGON), I believe I discovered a critical legal vulnerability that can topple the tyrannical forces that are attempting to topple our democracies. Due to the nature of the vulnerability, which exists across multiple countries, it can be used in parallel around the world to provide a legal counter strike that can delay and perhaps halt the destruction of our democracies.

The contracts our countries have signed with Pfizer created a legal vulnerability. It allows the state as well as the media to have FULL INDEMNITY when it comes to the vaccination program. They committed that the indemnity will supersede legislative & judiciary.
This is illegal.

Law & Order: The Israeli government (MoH) contracts with Pfizer:
1st gives indemnification to 3rd parties involved in distribution, administration and use of the vaccine.
2nd is because Israel's MoH is involved in the "distribution, administration and use of the vaccine".
Since the Israeli government and the Israeli Ministry of Health (MoH) falls under the definition of a third party from Pfizer perspective, and since the 2nd agreement is a research agreement, the Israeli government & everyone in the MoH are exempt from legal liability.
Since "any other theory" includes criminal law theory, the contract provides anyone who is involved in the vaccine program an indemnification, including from criminal charges.
This is why the Manufacturing and supply contracts are confidential: they are illegal.
The indemnification clause is from the Brazilian contract. Pfizer already admitted that the Israeli contract includes the same obligations Israel has made. Read my previous posts on the topic....

Is "LONG COVID" a myth?
The possibility that "LONG-COVID" is real is VERY LOW.
This is according to an updated report dated the 11th of November 2021 by an official body that consult the UK government (NICE).
The report stated that their conclusion is based on reviewing the research that claim "long-covid" is a real thing. Their analysis of these papers has indicated that there is a very serious risk of bias when it came to determining whether or not the symptoms found were a result of "long covid", and due to to very serious imprecision of the measurements used.
