As a cyber security professional, I think that it is extremely plausible the reason why we saw so many "failures" in voting systems could be that voting systems were programmed to produce a specific result. When those who are behind the fraud realised they AGAIN totally underestimated the American people, they decided to activate an emergency procedure, which allowed those who run the election fraud to bring in "technicians" that came to "fix" the "problems", which meant reprogramming the voting system so it will match the situation.

To me this is an extremely plausible scenario. If true it explains the voting "issues" and voting results we just saw.
