It's actually true, a child is a God's gift, and it is our role as parents to allow that gift, that pure form of consciousness who is experiencing life via our child, as a God gift to us, that allows us to centre around our true self, our hearts. Most people try to do parenting while not being in the now, via the ego, via the story, and it creates a distortion of truth for the child.
