That's nothing compared to the horrific deaths of so many others who were either witnesses or had knowledge, and yet the Belgian system decided there was no ring of podophiles, and one of the motherf***ers who were involved in it, Michel Nihoul, was sent home and never served prison time, even though Regina Louf, who was then married and had two children, came forward and testified against him. Dutroux wife who didn't feed two girls and caused them to die is a free woman now, so is one of his associates in the crime.

It's so, so dark. And now they don't need Belgian kids anymore, they have fresh supply from Ukraine.

UPDATE [2:35 Moscow time]- The VPN blockage IS STILL ON, at least for now. The blockage started Tuesday the 16th of April there was no ability to connect using VPN using the broadband services of MTS (or МТС in Russian), which serves 80.3 million subscribers in Russia.

This followed an announcement/warning by the deputy of the Russian state Duma can give a hint to why it was done:

MOSCOW, 15 Apr-RIA Novosti. Users can be involved in criminal schemes due to the use of VPN services, in particular in DDoS attacks on state resources, said State Duma Deputy Anton Nemkin.

He added that it is impossible to completely exclude the possibility that the installed program for building a VPN connection will not contain any additional functionality.

CONFIRMATION - RUSSIA IS BLOCKING ALL VPN CONNECTION.
"Judging by complaints from users of Beeline, Rostelecom, MTS and other operators, Russia has started testing blocking VPN connections based on OpenVPN." Since August, Russia has been testing a massive ban on VPNs (services for accessing prohibited information resources).

PS - IT IS WORSE - They block not only OpenVPN, but also all the other protocols.
