Another dramatic switch in children’s books had to do with a character’s dependence on community to solve problems and to give life meaning. Across the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, strength, afforded by stable community life, was an important part of narrative action, but toward the end of the nineteenth century a totally new note of "self" was sounded. Now protagonists became more competent, more in control; their need for family and communal affirmation disappeared, to be replaced by a new imperative—the quest for certification by legitimate authority. Needs now suddenly dominant among literary characters were so-called "expressive needs": exploring, playing, joy, loving, self-actualizing, intriguing against one’s own parents. By the early twentieth century, a solid majority of all children’s books focus on the individual child free from the web of family and community."

Discussion
Once considered inconsequential (and called “silent”), synonymous mutations are now accepted as substantial contributors to the cellular processes determining protein structure and function. In the last decade there has been an exponential increase in published research on the mechanisms by which synonymous mutations influence protein folding, the clinical consequences of synonymous mutations, and the role of synonymous mutations in evolutionary biology. Most of the studies linking synonymous mutations to disease have focused on single (or at most a few) nucleotide substitutions. Generating a codon-optimized gene, on the other hand, involves a large-scale alteration of the sequence. In this study we have used as a model protein human FIX, a marketed therapeutic protein that is also the focus of gene therapy clinical trials.

The knowledge gap that we aim to fill is the impact of synonymous mutations in the effectiveness and safety of codon optimized proteins. Proteins generated using codon-optimized constructs are used almost universally in research and in the manufacture of therapeutic proteins. However, little is understood about how proteins synthesized using codon optimization compare to those obtained from the WT* gene. This is an important area of investigation because although codon optimized proteins offer advantages to the biopharmaceutical industry they also carry potential risks as their modified nucleotide sequences may have unpredictable effects on the structure and function of proteins. It is thus necessary to have well qualified methods that are fit-for-purpose and can be used to evaluate the risk of codon optimization during drug development and manufacture."

The israeli government has submitted to the national archive the transcripts of the meetings that it has conducted with relates to the corona virus. According to their legislation there were classified as confidential and this will prevent them from being declassified for a period of 30 years.
HOWEVER,
Since representatives of the Israel secret service were present in the meeting, both internal secret service (Shabac) and external secret service (Mossad), these protocols are classified as extremely confidential and will not be available for a period of 90 YEARS.
