El mufti Anamullah Samangani, miembro de la Comisión Cultural Talibán, confirmó que una delegación había viajado a la provincia de Panjshir, en el norte de Afganistán, para mantener conversaciones con Ahmad Massoud, líder de la resistencia de Panjshir.
Dijo que las consultas entre las dos partes habían continuado y que la cuestión de Panjshir se resolvería pacíficamente.

Mufti Anamullah Samangani, a member of the Taliban Cultural Commission, confirmed that a delegation from the group had traveled to the northern Afghan province of Panjshir to hold talks with Ahmad Massoud, the leader of the Panjshir resistance against the Taliban and a number of other political figures.
He said that consultations between the two sides had continued in earnest and that the Panjshir issue would be resolved peacefully.

🏳️🇦🇫Efectivos del Batallón de Operaciones Especiales “Badri 313” de la red Haqqani (afiliada al talibán) patrullan las calles de Kabul con APC M1117 ASV y vehículos blindados HMMWV (Humvee).
Estos vehículos fueron capturados por los talibanes durante los combates con las fuerzas del gobierno.
