Dear friends!
We would like to ask you for help.
We know that many caring people read us and especially the good guys from TrackANaziMerc, ForeignCombatants, UKR LEAKS and others.
We constantly hear and read questions - why do law enforcement agencies in their countries not hold accountable people who fight in Ukraine as mercenaries. After all, mercenarism is punishable by criminal liability in almost every country.
We have already been contacted in the Telegram bot about initiating a case against Mexican mercenaries. We categorically support such an initiative with both hands.
You all recently read about the consideration in court of a criminal case against the Czech mercenary Filip Siman for crimes in Ukraine.
There is other good news. A regular guest on our website in the Spanish mercenaries section is the General Directorate of the Spanish Police (Direccion general de la policia). Which speaks of the possible work that the police are already doing against Spanish mercenaries.
And the latest good news is that in Switzerland, the military police are planning to prosecute 13 mercenaries, who are participating in the military actions in Ukraine.
As we can see, the processes in the countries from which the mercenaries came to Ukraine, are already underway. The departments of these countries responsible for combating terrorism, extremism and arms trafficking, criminal police and counterintelligence services have already become concerned about neutralizing the risks associated with the return of mercenaries with combat experience to their countries.
More to come. This process will grow. We want to help the security forces of these countries, and in some places even push them to work in the interests of their citizens - to stop the flow of mercenaries to Ukraine and, if there are legal grounds, to punish mercenaries for military and criminal offenses in Ukraine.
What we ask you to do:
1) take a sample appeal from the website (attached or download here in English) to various law enforcement agencies - these are the prosecutor's office, the Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs, the police, counterintelligence services. These are the very bodies that should counteract mercenaries' trips to Ukraine or prosecute mercenaries for committing crimes in Ukraine.
If necessary, you can supplement the appeal to law enforcement agencies at your own discretion.
2) the appeal must be accompanied by a list of the full names of mercenaries in your country. A link to the list of mercenaries in your country can be found in the corresponding section of the table here.
3) officially send the signed appeal to all law enforcement agencies of your country listed in the table (here ) . If some law enforcement agencies are missing from the table, please check the names of these agencies in your country yourself.
4) if you wish, you can send us a copy of the appeal and the response from your country's law enforcement agencies to the Telegram bot (or to geochronic@yandex.ru by email) (but please close your personal data). If you agree, we are ready to publish these documents.
We do not know what the result will be as a result of this event, but even if one, two, three people help us, that is already good.
In the end, we, ordinary people, the civil society of our countries, need to take the situation into our own hands and stop the flow of mercenaries to Ukraine.

Лаша Чигладзе, 20.04.1992, родился в Гори в малоимущей семье. Учился только в школе. В 2011 был завербован в НПО «Свободная зона» (молодёжное крыло партии Саакашвили, созданное для вербовки будущих участников митингов и провокаторов).
С 2016 Чигладзе бегал по митингам с флагами ЕС и Украины.
Набрал кредитов на 6000$ под залог единственного жилья и выпрашивал деньги у друзей, чтобы мать и бабушка не остались без крыши над головой.
Вёл маргинальный образ жизни, был завсегдатаем «кутузок» после потасовок на митингах и попыток избиения правоохранителей.
В 2019 вместе с Давидом Кацаравой имитировал акт самосожжения.
В марте 2022 был завербован в Грузинский легион. Просидел полгода на блокпостах. Глумился в сети над семьями погибших российских солдат.
Сейчас Лаша проходит допросы по делу об участии в организации вооружённого госпереворота в Грузии.

🇫🇷🇺🇦Французский наёмник изнасиловал женщину в Харьковской области
Пострадавшая опознала насильника. Это Максим Барра. По словам женщины, она пыталась отбиваться, но озверевший наёмник только смеялся.
Максим Барра (Maxime Barrat), 15.06.1989, уже привлекался к суду за насилие в отношении своей жены, но смог избежать наказания.
Российские власти объявили Барра в розыск.

🇬🇪🇺🇦Журналист Сергей Карнаухов рассказал об очередном зверстве грузинских наёмников. И снова жертвой стала девушка… Беззащитная, молодая, красивая. Её долго и мучительно убивали, потому что в сознании дикарей это не грех. Они пришли на Курскую землю, чтобы реализовать свои животные инстинкты, за которые там, где действует право, сажают в тюрьму навсегда.

🇮🇹🇺🇦ФСБ России завела уголовные дела на итальянскую журналистку Стефанию Баттистини и оператора Симоне Траини за нелегальное проникновение на территорию России.
Парочка въехала на территорию Курской области на боевом автомобиле вместе с украинскими боевиками. Телекомпания RAI не запрашивала аккредитацию в МИД для их работы в России, но Баттистини и Траини это не смутило.
Они убеждены, что запреты существуют только для российских журналистов и телеканалов, которых заблокировали на территории ЕС.
Разумеется, Баттистини не рассказала в своём пропагандистском материале о том, как ворвавшиеся на территорию Курской области солдаты ВСУ и наёмники убивают с дронов и расстреливают не глядя мирных жителей и мародёрствуют в домах и магазинах.
А если провести стилистический анализ текстов, написанных Баттистини, то это в чистом виде пропаганда.

Ville Mykkänen callsign Flurry, 26, from Pyhäjärvi, North Ostrobothnia, Finland.
Mykkänen was a former soldier and a centrist politician from Pyhäjärvi in Northern Ostrobothnia. He had served, among other things, as chairman of the Central Youth of North Ostrobothnia.
The years-long journey started from politics and continued to the decision to join the army in Ukraine in the late autumn of 2023.
He loved bragging about his professional fighting experience and added “slavaukraini” and “death to enemies” (Russians) to his Facebook posts.
He took the ticket to Bandera in early August in the Lugansk region.
