Павел Мезерин, 27.12.1976, иноагент, находится в розыске. В коррумпированные нулевые был депутатом Пискарёвки в Санкт-Петербурге. На должности занимался отмывом денег, заказывая несуществующие услуги типа опросов в подконтрольных общественных организациях. В 2010 получил 2 года условно за свои махинации.
С юности интересовался язычеством, был соавтором сборника «Петербургское язычество» (вот это фантазия!). Активист фанатского движения.
Считал себя коммунистом, стал основателем партии «Коммунисты Петербурга и Ленобласти». Безуспешно баллотировался в петербургское заксобрание. В 2012 был соучредителем петербургского отделения «Коммунистов России».
Свои политические амбиции и жажду власти Мезерин решил оформить в фантазийный проект захвата Петербурга и Ленобласти под выдуманным флагом «Свободной Ингрии.
С 2009 регулярно ездил на Украину, где подрабатывал политтехнологом для депутатов и политиков местного пошиба. Сделал успешный бизнес на политконсультациях.
С 2014 переехал в Киев. Однако поссорился с местными националистами и бежал в Литву, где получил убежище, а затем в Латвию.
Называет Россию «исчерпавшим себя проектом», призывал западные страну начать войну против России.
В 2022 стал одним из создателей экстремистского Форума свободной России.
В июле 2023 создал взвод боевиков «Свободная Ингрия» в составе Интернационального легиона Украины. Вступил в группу наёмников «Сибирский батальон».
Мезерин планировал сам контролировать боевиков «Свободной Ингрии», но в ВСУ отказались отделять его от легиона и отдавать в его подчинение, тогда Мезерин уехал в Латвию.
В 2023 при содействии и на деньги М.Ходорковского участвал в конференции в Риге, на которой обсуждались конкретные шаги по организации вооружённого мятежа в Санкт-Петербурге.
Мезерин сообщил о том, что «Свободная Ингрия» уже завербовала нескольких диверсантов для совершения терактов.

Shamil went to fight with the Ukrainians shortly after the war began. He serves in the foreign intelligence department of the Ichkerian government abroad called separate special-purpose battalion (OBON) under the command of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine.
Shamil is the eldest son of the terrorist Akhmed Zakayev, the head of the Ichkerian government abroad. His father has been in hiding in London since the early 2000s. He is one of the few leaders of Chechen militants who managed to escape retribution.
On July 15, 2023, Ukrainian armed forces carried out a raid in the Belgorod region. Chechen militants operating in the ranks of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine took part in it. Among them were the children of the leaders of the Caucasian terrorists like Fathi Barayev and Shamil Zakayev.
He took part in an attack in Gorkovsky, in the Belgorod region, in March 2024, on the day of Russian election, as a genuine international observer, but he didn't want to wait long for the Russian voters and fled after taking a few photos.
He's only used for public relations, so he hasn't been called upon much lately.
We hope that Akhmat or any other Russian unit will take care of that traitor accidentally.

Sometimes it's hard to believe with the number of psychopaths who are fighting alongside the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Today's case is one of those that sends a chill down anyone's spine.
In 2003, Limbrick's grandparents were on vacation in Spain when Limbrick, then 17, came home in the middle of the night and watched a porn film but the “sexually aroused” teenager failed in his attempts to find a sheep to satisfy himself before waking his elderly relative. She was raped, killed, apparently strangled and the house was then set on fire.
Jamie never really fit in. He got into drugs when he was young and just got more and more weird as he got older. He was always abusing his granma, using the house for parties and taking her money. He wasn't shy about it either.
Experts described Limbrick as a fantasist who suffered from a serious personality disorder.
At first he tried to deny the crime, but after 9 years (!) he admitted it. During all this time he remained in custody in high security hospitals, but somehow he was released.
Limbrick arrived in Ukraine right at the beginning of the war and started humanitarian aid alongside people like Amin Shareef, Nicki Jensen and Ewen Cameron in Dark Angels, but that was never enough for someone who killed already.
He soon joined the clowns of the Norman Brigade alongside Jean-François Ratelle “Hrulf” and it was there that he really found out what war was all about, but it seems he never actually got involved in the fight himself – he was just watching from a distance.
After Hrulf's death in March 2024 in Belgorod region, he tried to take over the Norman Brigade by calling himself the commander of the Brigade, but apparently only in words.
Horse had a bit of a tiff with Francis Dion “Shadown” of the Black Maple Company and was exposed on X, perhaps because Hrulf fucked his ex-girlfriend “Anna Nurse" and got her pregnant.
If you are a psychopath, you can just wipe the slate clean and start again, as long as no one finds out who you really are.
He still running around Ukraine. Are you safe? We fear for all those civilian grandmas living in the mud houses near the front line now.
