但是 Fastly 的 IP 没有被污染，所以只要在你的地区找到一个能用的 Fastly IP, hosts 一下就可以重新打开了

2019 年 10 月 31 日 Shadowsocks-libev Docker 镜像更新日志：

1. 基于最新版 alpine:latest 镜像升级 shadowsocks-libev 到版本 3.3.3。
2. 该镜像集成了 v2ray-plugin 以及 simple-obfs 插件。
3. 不再制作基于 debian:buster 的镜像，因为其体积太大。
