The enemy assumes our strike will happen in te area of Kupyansk, Kharkov and Sumy as the direct target.

Indeed, Kharkov and Sumy are being evacuated. Factories and even retail chains with equipment are travelling to Western Ukraine, new AFU combat units are being hastily formed in Kharkov, mercenaries have been moved from the cities to the trenches, and fortification work is going on at a brisk pace.

It is noteworthy: Kharkov residents who have relatives in the territories  recently held by the Russian army are travelling to these territories because they will probably fall under Russian control again.

But! Who says that this will be the direction of our main strike? Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. Today we can draw the red arrow anywhere we want, even in Belarus, even in Kherson, maybe first there, then here. Or vice versa.

Ukrainian MoD also just reported that RF has assembled 100k forces with 900 tanks and some 100s of artillery and rocket launchers near Kharkov.
And a similar number is expected in the south.
