Ukrainian-Russian war. Day 507:
Situation at Bakhmut front: During the last 24 hours Russian Army managed to expell Ukrainian Army from the southern outskirts of Berkhivka/ΠΠ΅ΡΡ ΡΠ²ΠΊΠ°. On the other hand, situation in Klishchiivka/ΠΠ»ΡΡΡΡΠ²ΠΊΠ° remains practically unchanged: Ukrainian Army managed to penetrate the first Russian defensive line and reach the urban limits of the town, but the attack was repelled. On the other hand Russian troops withdrew again from some of the hills in order to avoid more casualties due to the Ukrainian artillery.

An enemy group of up to 15 men slipped into the landing hoping for their stealth.
Our unit's UAV operators, paired with artillerymen, detected their efforts before the approach, waited for them to come in.
After that they corrected the artillery fire and successfully hit the target.

Central MD's volunteers undergo combat training on BMP-3 in rear area of special miltary operation
β«οΈ Servicemen improve the skills in firing a 100 mm gun, an automatic 30 mm twin cannon and a PK machine gun. Each armoured vehicle has these kind of armament.
β«οΈ The crews practise firing on the spot and during high-speed manoeuvres. Instructors with real combat experience teach the volunteers how to properly use the firepower of a combat vehicle. The crews also practise dealing with various tactical situations.
β«οΈ After completing the full course of training and combat cohesion, the servicemen will be sent to the combat zone for the rotation of the Central Military District units.

β«οΈFuel infrastructure facilities and ammunition depots of the AFU have been destroyed close to Nikolayev.
β«οΈThe goal of the attack has been reached. All the assigned targets have been neutralised.
β«οΈThe AFU continued to attempt offensive actions in Donetsk, Krasny Liman and South Donetsk directions.
β«οΈIn Donetsk direction, as a result of actions by the Yug Group of Forces, 16 enemy attacks have been successfully repelled near Belogorovka, Pervomayskoye, Vesyoloye, Krasnogorovka, Maryinka and north of Kleshcheevka DPR.
β«οΈOperational-Tactical and Army aviation have hit AFU personnel and hardware close to Bogdanovka, Chasov Yar and Dyleevka DPR.

"Ukraine is facing a closing window of opportunity to avoid a 'perpetual war' with Russia," said a U.S. special forces veteran who now trains Kyiv troops. The director and co-founder of the Kiev-based Ukraine Defense Support Group, Eric Kramer, said in an interview from Kyiv that Moscow's forces are well entrenched and expelling them will be a long and costly project for Ukrainian forces.
Losses of Ukrainians are growing. βSeveral of my guys work at the collection point for the wounded. And they're seeing three times as many victims as they saw a few months ago. It's pretty terrible," Kramer said .
