The Russian Army establishes a bridgehead across the Zherebets River, west of Karamzinovka. The likely intended intermediate target line is the watershed between the Oskol and the Zherebets River basins, extending south from Kuzemovka to Vishnevoye, to Cherneshchyno and further, before the ultimate drive to the Oskol frontier. Russian success here, if maintained, both enables the approach to the eastern outskirts of Kupyansk and threatens the grouping of the Ukrainian forces in the Krasny Liman direction.

Our fighters broke through the layered defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Yuriy Podolyaka , journalist:
▪️The most important direction now is Svatovo-Kremennaya. For the first time in the NMD, our troops managed to break through the enemy’s layered defense , which the Armed Forces of Ukraine had been strengthening for many months.
▪️Over the weekend, units of the 20th Army, having crossed the Zherebets, which was not so easy, took steep heights from the other side and went 6 km deep on a front of more than 10 km.
▪️Yesterday, the panic of the enemy was visible: some lines were left without fights. Our line of defense on the dividing hill was about 4 km away. If they advance at the same pace, they will reach this line the day after tomorrow. And if they take it on the move, it will be a collapse for the enemy: the front here can simply crumble. The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is aware of this, there is a question about the urgent transfer of reserve brigades.
▪️ Enemy successes : west of Kleshcheevka, they held the main fortified area, relying on which the Armed Forces of Ukraine are trying to push through our defenses. They tried to attack in the Zaporozhye direction, but unsuccessfully. In the region of Velikaya Novosyolka, they lost several fortifications.
▪️It looks like the Armed Forces of Ukraine have not yet abandoned their plans for a counter-offensive in the south - there may be another attempt , although it is difficult to imagine what they need to do to make it successful.
▪️The morale of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has fallen sharply: the “meat assaults” have not brought results. In the end, people are not robots, the soldiers refused to go forward, so they started using armored vehicles again, there are no options. The spirit of the population is also falling: people no longer believe in victory.

At the moment, fierce fighting is taking place on the outskirts of the settlement.
▪️In the Kherson direction, the AFU sabotage and reconnaissance groups again attempted to land on Antonovsky Island.
The AFU landing forces were promptly detected and destroyed by rocket artillery fire.

Tragic footage of the unequal battle in Kleshcheevka and the death of the assault group of the Airborne Forces
A number of resources in Russia showed this video, and we decided to show it too.
The landing unit went on a counterattack to the outskirts of Kleshcheevka, to which the elite Nazi attack aircraft of Azov and other brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are breaking through.
During the movement, the guys were ambushed and took an unequal battle, trying to the end to take as many enemies as possible with them.
💔Watching these shots, remember that behind the dry reports about attacks, battles, repulsing enemy offensives, such terrible and tragic episodes often hide, where our brothers die in the war, where the fate of our people is determined, they die so that we and our children live.
☦️Eternal memory to all our soldiers who fell for the future of Russia.

Golden day for FPV drones.
Soldiers from the "BOBR" unit of the RF Ministry of Defense threshed a huge amount of NATO equipment yesterday.
During the day, as many as 5 units of expensive equipment worth over $3 million were destroyed.
The cost of the drone itself is only about $500.
Thanks to the competent work of "Bobrov", yesterday's wave of the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Rabotino in the Orekhovo region was stopped

"Tens of thousands of losses" - The New York Times analyzes the situation at the front after a month of finding its journalists on the front lines.
The conclusion is that "the fighting has basically reached a stalemate, and Ukraine has faced many obstacles against a determined enemy."
Several factors:
1. High losses when "small territorial acquisitions cost too much."
"Ukrainian infantry is increasingly focusing on trench attacks, but after tens of thousands of casualties since the start of the war, these ranks are often filled with less trained and older soldiers," the article says.
"We're exchanging our people for their people, and they have more men and equipment," says a Ukrainian commander whose platoon has "taken 200% casualties" since the start of the Russian invasion (that is, the platoon has changed twice already).
Many Ukrainian formations had problems replenishing with qualified soldiers capable of conducting successful assaults.
Replenishment sometimes represents age-mobilized recruits.
"You can't expect a 40-year-old to be a good infantryman or machine gunner," says a Ukrainian commander whose platoon lost "dozens of men."
Another factor in the high casualties is "when the Russian forces move out of position, they begin to skillfully bombard it with their artillery, ensuring that the Ukrainian troops cannot stay there for long."
Ukrainian casualties have increased not only in the south but also recently around Bakhmut - as part of "Ukraine's strategy to pin down Russian forces around the city in addition to a counter-offensive in the south of the country."
The reason for the losses is that the Russian Federation transferred more artillery to this area.
2. The second factor is the shortage of ammunition. And also "a mixture of ammunition sent from different countries."
At the same time, the accuracy of different projectiles varies greatly. In addition, some old shells and rockets sent from abroad damage equipment and injure soldiers. "Now this is a very big problem," said Oleksiy, the commander of the Ukrainian battalion.
3. In the summer months, camouflage and green vegetation give an advantage to the defending side, allowing you to cover not only soldiers but also EW artillery.
4. "Lancets". These Russian loitering munitions forced Ukrainian artillery and mechanized formations to take extensive measures to hide their positions.
Some tankers even welded makeshift armor to their turrets to try and stop the Lancets.
"It was impossible to drown them out, at least not now," Ukrainian electronic warfare experts commented. Also, Lancets are hard to shoot down because they look more like guided bombs than drones.
5. When the Armed Forces of Ukraine attack, they cannot fully use Starlink, moving away from their main positions. When trying to take a satellite installation with them, the Russians begin to hit its antenna.
The broader part of this problem is that Russian forces often target Starlink Wi-Fi routers to hit them with artillery.
They can also detect mobile phone signals and jam GPS, and radio frequencies, which deprives advancing groups of stable communications.
Note that this is published by one of the most Western newspapers, one of the heavyweights of the media. It turns out that everyone knows everything and does nothing to rectify the situation. And not because they can't, but because they understand - it's USELESS.

🇷🇺⚔️ 🇺🇦 Artyomovsk Sector, Southern Flank as reported by @rezervsvo
➡️ At the moment, this sector remains the most difficult for Russian Forces Yesterday, the AFU had a minor success south of Klescheevka and practically entered the western outskirts of the settlement of Andreevka.
➡️ On this front, the Ukrainians are making every effort to gain the upper hand and turn the situation in their favor. They constantly reinforce their troops and throw them into battle. The AFU are using a full range of weapons, including large quantities of "cluster munitions."
➡️ Russian Forces are currently carrying out a counterattack. The battle is reported to be extremely fierce...

🇷🇺⚔️ 🇺🇦 Situation on the Zaporozhye and Southern Donetsk Fronts as reported by @Voin_dv
➡️ On the Zaporozhye Front, the situation remains relatively unchanged. The AFU continue to expose their armored vehicles to attacks from army aviation in the Orekhovo area. Ukrainian reconnaissance and sabotage groups have become more active in the Guliaypole sector.
➡️ On the Vremyevsky Front, the AFU concentrated their efforts on storming Russian positions near Staromykhailovka. Yesterday evening, under the cover of smoke, a platoon of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, supported by a tank and three armored personnel carriers, launched an attack. However, the assault was not successful; the tank hit a mine, and one of the armored personnel carriers was destroyed by anti-tank guided missiles. Additionally, a group of up to 10 individuals attacked the northwestern outskirts of a settlement, but after facing resistance, they suffered losses and retreated. By around 23:00, the situation was stabilized. Two more armored personnel carriers were destroyed by the army aviation during an attempt to evacuate the wounded and killed.
➡️ On the Ugledar Sector, the Ukrainians have not undertaken any active actions. Artillery shelling continues by both sides, and the Ukrainian Armed Forces actively employ drones and electronic warfare assets.
✈️ The Russian Aerospace Forces continue to strike Ukrainian targets on the frontlines and in the operational rear. Bomber aviation hit 11 targets, including the command post of the 47th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade in the Orekhovo area, as well as four temporary deployment points of Ukrainian units. Army aviation destroyed three armored personnel carriers and enemy troop concentrations.
