Patruschew hatte am Dienstag gesagt, dass Vorschläge zur Bindung des Rubels an Gold und andere Güter ausgearbeitet würden.

Die russische Zentralbank hatte im März erklärt, sie würde bis zum 30. Juni Gold zu einem festen Preis von 5000 Rubel pro Gramm kaufen.
