Das Amtsgericht München ist zuständig.

Gut, bin dem nachgegangen, viele Telefonate und Anfragen. Ich habe von dort nun die finale Absage. Sie geben an, davon nichts zu wissen und verweisen auf die Staatsanwaltschaft München. Die schweigen eisern. Vielleicht ist einfach nur viel los oder was auch immer?! Von dort wird es wohl heute keine Antwort mehr geben.

Dem SPIEGEL allerdings gaben sie JETZT eine Antwort:

„Die Staatsanwaltschaft München bestätigte, dass sie gegen Janich Ermittlungen führt. »Es besteht der Tatverdacht, dass der Beschuldigte im Jahr 2020 bzw. 2021 – jeweils öffentlich über Telegram – eine andere Person beleidigte, dazu aufrief, die Exekution einer prominenten Person durchzuführen und die Tötung damaliger Regierungsmitglieder von Bund und Ländern in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland forderte«, teilte die Behörde dem SPIEGEL mit.“

„Janich wird schon länger durch den bayerischen Verfassungsschutz beobachtet.“


Um 18:00 bei AUF1 in den Nachrichten sage ich erstmals, was ich persönlich von der Sache halte.

Egal, wie dunkel die Zeiten auch sind und wie niederschmetternd die täglichen Nachrichten auch erscheinen mögen.
Aufgeben ist niemals eine Option!

Jede Herausforderung kann angenommen werden.
Aber wartet nicht auf irgendjemand, der vielleicht kommen wird, um Euch zu retten.
Es wird nämlich niemand kommen!
Die Rettung befindet sich nur allein in Euch selbst.

Und wenn Hunderte, Tausende und letztendlich Hunderttausende das endlich erkennen werden, dann wird auch eine neue Zeitenwende wieder möglich sein.

Wer schweigt, nimmt einfach hin.
Wer sich alles gefallen lässt, darf sich auch nicht beschweren.
Wer Versagern vertraut, darf sich nicht wundern, wenn ein einziges großes Scheitern das Resultat um ihn herum ist.
Aber noch sind die Kühlschränke voll!

Mich persönlich erschüttern weder Krankheit noch Hunger oder Kälte.
Aus dem einfachen Grund, weil ich die Dinge so annehme, wie auch immer sie kommen werden.
Man kann einem freien Mann nichts nehmen, solange er seine Ehre behält.
Meine Ehre bedeutet für mich, treu zu meinem Land und meinen Werten zu stehen.

Und wenn Hunderttausende meiner Landsleute das eines Tages auch so sehen, so kann und werden wir jede Zeit meistern.

2/ Der Ex-Freund von Oliver Janichs Verlobten hat vor Ort auf den Philippinen gegen Oliver Janich agiert und ihn mehrfach bei den Behörden angeschwärzt, angezeigt etc.

Verhaftungsgrund: ⚖️ 💥

◾️ Es geht offenbar ausschließlich um Inhalte, die Oliver Janich auf seinem Telegram-Kanal mit rund 150.000 Abonnenten gepostet hat.

◾️ Für die BRD einzig relevant: Ein unglücklicher Satirebeitrag, der die Staatsanwaltschaft München veranlasst anzunehmen, Janich hätte auf Telegram „die Tötung damaliger Regierungsmitglieder von Bund und Ländern in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland“ gefordert. Dazu hat Oliver Flesch in diesem Artikel schon dokumentiert, wie wohl auch die Erklärungs- und Verteidigungsstrategie aussehen wird.

◾️ Es gibt scheinbar keine Vorwürfe der philippinischen Behörden, die Janichs Privatleben betreffen.

◾️ Der Ex und mutmaßliche Vergewaltiger seiner Verlobten hat ihn bei den Behörden mehrfach angezeigt, wegen „Hasssprache“.

Wie ich eben herausgefunden habe, hat sich der SPIEGEL, und alle anderen Blätter, die von ihm abgeschrieben haben, ein denkbar schlechtes Beispiel herausgesucht.

Bei dem OJ-Zitat handelte es sich nämlich ganz eindeutig um Satire.
