@wallet is tightly integrated with Telegram, but formally it is a separate service. Telegram administration is not responsible for it and does not provide support to its users.

You can get answers to questions about the @wallet service in the following ways:

1. Via the official support bot. Its contacts are available in the description of the @wallet bot. At the time of writing this post, it is @wallet_supportbot.

2. Some questions are answered in the official FAQ of the Wallet. The link to this FAQ is given by the support bot in response to the start command.

3. The Wallet has an official channel @wallet_news with linked group @wallet_news_en_chat. You can also ask questions there.

Please note: @wallet is a custodial wallet. The data is stored on the server, not on your device. You can only access your account on this server using your Telegram account. If you lose access to your Telegram account, it will be difficult to restore access to your Wallet data, although in some cases it is still possible: see the section “I lost access to my Telegram account. What to do” in the Wallet FAQ.

How to Convert Gifts into NFTs

Conditions for Converting Gifts into NFTs:
• The gift must be upgraded. If a gift cannot be upgraded, it cannot be converted into an NFT.
• 21 days must pass since the gift was upgraded. If the gift is received or returned to the sender before the NFT conversion process is completed, the timer may reset, starting a new 21-day countdown.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) must be enabled. To convert a gift into an NFT, 2FA must have been enabled for at least one week. You will also need to enter your password to confirm the transfer to the TON blockchain.
• Verification (KYC) on Fragment is mandatory.

Steps to Convert a Gift into an NFT:
1. Go to Profile → My Gifts.
2. Select the upgraded gift you wish to turn into an NFT.
3. In the Owner field, click Change.
4. Click Send via Blockchain.
5. Click Open in Fragment, which will redirect you to the Fragment.com website.
6. Connect your non-custodial wallet to Fragment (e.g., TON Space, Tonkeeper, MyTonWallet, and others).
7. Link your Fragment account to your Telegram account.
8. Complete the verification (KYC) process on Fragment.
9. Finally, click Transfer NFT.

Once you’ve completed these steps, your gift will be successfully sent to the TON blockchain and turned into an NFT. You just need to wait for it to appear in your wallet.

What Can You Do with an NFT Gift?
1. Trade and Auctions: You can sell your NFTs or host auctions on marketplaces like Getgems.io.
2. Transfer to Others: Send NFTs through the TON blockchain.
3. Personal Use: NFTs can be used as digital assets for your personal needs.
