This was stated by the First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots Viktor Vodolatsky.
All measures of international law and the Constitution will be applied to protect the citizens of Russia.
“But we see that every day NATO military planes land on the territory of Ukraine and every day they load Ukraine with lethal weapons, weapons that will kill, among other things, citizens of the Russian Federation, this cannot be allowed,” Vodolatsky said.
