اعدام ساسان آزادوار؛ جوان ۲۱ ساله اصفهانی
ساسان آزادوار، جوان ۲۱ ساله اهل اصفهان که در جریان اعتراضات دیماه بازداشت شده بود، امروز توسط دستگاه قضایی جمهوری اسلامی اعدام شد.
قوه قضاییه اتهامهای او را «همکاری مؤثر با دشمن»، «تخریب خودروی نیروی انتظامی»، «تحریک مردم به درگیری و ناامنی» و «تشویق به اعتراضات» اعلام کرده بود؛
اتهامهایی امنیتی که پیشتر نیز در پروندههای معترضان برای صدور احکام سنگین و مجازات مرگ به کار رفتهاند.
روند رسیدگی به این پرونده با ابهامها و نگرانیهای جدی درباره رعایت دادرسی عادلانه همراه بوده است.

Zeinab and her brother, Hassan, who were arrested during the nationwide protests in January, are now facing the imminent risk of execution in Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad.
They have reportedly been sentenced to death on the grave charge of “moharebeh” after an unfair judicial process, without access to due process, transparency, or fundamental legal protections.
Their family is living under unbearable psychological pressure and is urgently calling for public attention and solidarity.
Silence enables repression. We must raise our voices for Zeinab and Hassan before it is too late.

Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Salavati, sentenced 25-year-old political prisoner Arghavan Fallahi to death on Tir 10 of this year.
Arghavan Fallahi, 25, was arrested by security forces of the Islamic Republic on Bahman 6, 1403, in the city of Parand. She was then transferred to Ward 241 of Evin Prison, which is controlled by the Judiciary’s Intelligence Protection Organization. After that period, she was moved to Fashafuyeh Prison, also known as the Greater Tehran Penitentiary, where she was held for some time in solitary confinement. She was later transferred to the women’s ward of Evin Prison.
Arghavan Fallahi is among those arrested in connection with the “Woman, Life, Freedom” protests. At the time of her first arrest, on Aban 13, 1401, she was 22 years old. She was arrested together with her father, Nasrollah Fallahi, and her brother, Ardavan Fallahi.
Nasrollah Fallahi, who also spent time in prison in the 1980s, is currently serving a five-year sentence in Ward 7 of Evin Prison.

شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست قاضی صلواتی در تاریخ ۱۰ تیرماه سال جاری ارغوان فلاحی، زندانی سیاسی ۲۵ ساله را به اعدام محکوم کرده است.
ارغوان فلاحی، ۲۵ ساله، در تاریخ ۶ بهمنماه ۱۴۰۳ توسط نیروهای امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی در شهر پرند بازداشت و پس از آن به بند ۲۴۱ زندان اوین (متعلق به حفاظت اطلاعات قوه قضاییه) منتقل شد. پس از این دوره، او به زندان فشافویه (تهران بزرگ) منتقل و مدتی نیز در آنجا در سلول انفرادی نگهداری شد. در ادامه، او را به بند زنان زندان اوین منتقل کردند.
ارغوان فلاحی از بازداشتشدگان اعتراضات «زن، زندگی، آزادی» محسوب میشود. او در ۱۳ آبان ۱۴۰۱، زمان بازداشت اول ۲۲ سال سن داشت و بههمراه پدرش، نصرالله فلاحی و برادرش، اردوان فلاحی بازداشت شده بود.
نصرالله فلاحی که سابقه زندان در دهه ۱۳۶۰ را دارد، اکنون دوران محکومیت پنجساله خود را در بند ۷ زندان اوین میگذراند.
