🔹 Mojtaba Amani, Iran’s former ambassador to Lebanon, described Israel’s 2024 pager attack in Lebanon as “a pure war crime,” saying the operation had been planned well in advance.

🔹 Amani said the pagers had been brought into Lebanon before Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, arguing that the attack was not in response to the October 7, 2023 operation but had been prepared beforehand by Israel.

🔹 He made the remarks at a specialized meeting titled “Lebanon: Two Years After the Martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and the Outlook for Developments.”

🔴 Flydubai Details Incident on Dubai–Tel Aviv Flight

🔹 Flydubai has issued an official statement detailing the incident involving Flight FZ1073, which was en route from Dubai International Airport to Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv on Wednesday.

🔹 According to the airline, an altercation occurred in the flight deck, prompting the aircraft to be secured by other on-duty flydubai crew members travelling on board. The crew diverted the aircraft and landed it safely at Tabuk Airport in northwestern Saudi Arabia.

🔹 All passengers and crew are safe and accounted for, the airline said, adding that two replacement aircraft have been deployed to Tabuk to assist them.

🔹 Flydubai said the reasons and motives behind the incident remain unknown and are subject to a formal investigation, urging all parties to refrain from premature speculation while authorities establish the facts.

🔹 Pakistan’s armed forces carried out airstrikes targeting hideouts of the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and Fitan al-Hindustan in Afghanistan, according to Pakistan’s Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.

🔹 The ministry said the strikes, conducted based on intelligence, targeted two terrorist hideouts under the ongoing Operation Ghazab lil-Haq, killing 22 terrorists and destroying camps, safe havens, weapons and ammunition.

🔹 Pakistani authorities said precautionary measures were taken to prevent civilian casualties and property damage, while accusing Afghan territory of serving as a hub for terrorism targeting Pakistan.

🔹 The Trump administration has told Germany and France to release diesel from emergency reserves to help lower global fuel prices or face a potential U.S. diesel export ban, according to Reuters.

🔹 Washington is seeking the release of 120 million barrels of diesel from the EU over six months — more than 40% of the bloc’s current emergency diesel and gasoil stocks. France and Germany together hold about 35% of those reserves.
