मैं अपना KVS PGT Commerce का Interview Experience शेयर कर रही हूँ। यह Session KVS व Commerce Aspirants के लिए उपयोगी रहेगा, क्योंकि इससे आपको पूछे जाने वाले Real Commerce Questions का सटीक Pattern समझ आएगा। अपना Feedback नीचे ज़रूर दें कि आपको यह Interview कैसा लगा!
📌 1. एंट्री से पहले: DV में एक्स्ट्रा Scrutiny
अपने कागजात पूरी तरह दुरुस्त रखें। खास तौर पर EWS/OBC/SC और अन्य Category के Certificates के Formats बहुत बारीकी से Check किए जा रहे थे, जिसकी वजह से कुछ Candidates Out हो रहें थे। मेरी File पूरी तरह तैयार थी, इसलिए DV Team ने मुझे रुके हुए Candidates से आगे निकालकर पहले ही Interview Room के लिए भेज दिया।
📌 2. शुरुआत: Introduction और Hobby पर Cross-Questioning
संक्षिप्त परिचय के बाद जब उन्होंने मेरी Hobby पूछी, तो मैंने बताया कि मुझे खाली समय में Financial Markets और Business Magazines पढ़ना/Analyze करना पसंद है।
इस पर Panel ने सवाल रखा:
"अगर कोई नया Investor है, तो आप उसे Share Market और Mutual Fund में से क्या Suggest करेंगी और क्यों?"
मैंने Risk Profiling और Diversification के आधार पर To-The-Point जवाब दिया।
* Takeaway: Hobby वही बताएं जिसके व्यावहारिक पहलुओं पर आप 2 मिनट बिना अटके बोल सकें।
📌 3. क्लासरूम Pressure Test
जब उन्होंने पूछा कि Demo में क्या Topic पढ़ाना चाहती हो, तो मैंने 'P&L Appropriation Account' और 'Capital Structure' का नाम लिया।
मगर उन्होंने सीधे Marker पकड़ाते हुए Board की तरफ इशारा किया:
Assets=Liabilities-Capital
मैंने शांत रहकर जवाब दिया कि Accounting के Fundamental Principles में यह Equation संभव ही नहीं है। इस पर Interviewer बोले— "मान लीजिए Class में कोई 11th का नया Student यही जिद पकड़ ले, तो उसे Teacher बनकर कैसे समझाएंगी?"
मैंने Business का उदाहरण लिया और Dual Aspect Concept के जरिए समझाया कि Owner की Capital भी एक Internal Liability होती है, इसलिए कुल Assets हमेशा दोनों का जोड़ Assets=Liabilities+Capital ही होंगी। जब मैंने सही Equation सिद्ध करके दिखाई, तब Panel ने सहमति जताई।
📌 4. Subject का दायरा: Basics से लेकर PG Level तक
* Analytics और Stats: मुझसे Ratio Analysis के Real-Life Business Decisions (Working Capital और Liquidity) और 12th Level के Correlation/Standard Deviation के Concepts पूछे गए।
* Advanced सवाल: Corporate Accounting से जुड़ा एक Deep PG Level सवाल पूछा गया। मुझे उसका सटीक जवाब उस वक्त याद नहीं था, तो मैंने कह दिया— "I'm sorry Ma'am, I am unable to recall this at the moment." उन्होंने इसे बहुत Normal लिया।
📌 5. Exit और Takeaway
Panel यह नहीं देख रहा कि आपको हर कठिन Theory कंठस्थ है या नहीं; वे बस यह जांच रहे हैं कि जब Classroom में कोई गलत या पेचीदा सवाल सामने आएगा, तो आप घबराती हैं या मुस्कान के साथ Logic से Situation संभालती हैं।
