#2: Our WH Correspondent Michael Casey has been following each WH press protocol for obtaining a temporary press badge. In the past, our team has been able to get approved for temporary WH press credentials. Email shown below: @JamesOKeefe
#3: In the past month, the language from the WH press team has changed from “I don't think we will be able to accommodate you anytime in the near future.” to now asking our correspondent, “What do you plan on covering?”

What story made them WH upset? Why is the WH asking us what we plan on covering?

JUST IN: I just WON another lawsuit. A federal judge has just dismissed a lawsuit from the CIA official we reported in May 2024 saying “We [CIA] kept information from Trump.” Amjad Fasisi sued for misrepresentation, conspiracy to commit misrepresentation and violation of the federal wire tap act after we simply quoted him.

Judge Anthony Trenga GRANTED our motion to dismiss today kicking Amjad Fseisi’s lawsuit to the curb.

Let this be a lesson to ANYBODY who tries to overturn the 1st amendment Including "attorney," Mark Zaid.

I do not settle lawsuits, I will never give up and you will lose suing me.

2. Federal Judge Anthony Trenga ruled that publication-related claims against OMG are ‘foreclosed by the First Amendment,’ rejecting attempts to repackage defamation-style claims as fraud or misrepresentation.

The opinion relied on undercover journalism precedent set in Food Lion Inc. v. ABC.

3. Federal Judge Trenga ruled that CIA official Amjad Fseisi “has not and cannot” establish the causation required for his fraud claims against O'Keefe, holding that the alleged damages did not stem from the undercover date.

4. Judge Trenga dismissed the CIA official's federal wiretap claims against OMG, ruling the plaintiff failed to show the undercover recordings were made for a separate criminal or tortious purpose.

The court reaffirmed that Virginia is a “one-party consent” state and cited precedent protecting undercover journalism.
