Today, I testified before the U.S. Senate at the “Exposing Fraud in America” hearing. I shared what OMG exposed on hidden camera: petition circulators paying homeless individuals cash and offering drugs in exchange for voter registrations and ballot petition…

"When laws are ignored without consequences, fraud becomes incentive. Nobody is above the law, but if those principles are not enforced, when they are violated in broad daylight, they're not principles at all. They're slogans.
And without accountability, our notion of freedom is just an illusion."

Senator Ron Johnson is the real deal.
His team is already working with me on subpoenas for ballot harvesters we reported on.

WATCH: Dan Bongino reacts to my testimony before the U.S. Senate at the “Exposing Fraud in America” hearing.
Bongino made clear that anyone who disagreed with my testimony had every opportunity to show up, ask questions, and challenge what was presented. Instead, he said, many stayed away and chose not to face the facts.
To those who disagree, why not come and ask the questions? What are you so afraid of?

I just got back from DC where I testified about voter fraud in California.
Like you I just watched POTUS address, and went to look at the declassified documents.
Here are four documents that stood out including showing 250,000 non citizens are registered to vote.
We must remain vigilant in exposing this and holding bad actors accountable. I will be deploying teams to states ASAP. Without accountability, our notion of freedom is just an illusion.

Who's above Urban Signers and 1 Moore Petition? If registered voters had their names used without their knowledge, the public deserves to know who's behind all of this.

This a video of cash being exchanged for a ballot in MN. “Pocket money.” We’ve reported on this and we’re going to do it again. The tip line is tips@okeefemediagroup.com or DM me.
There is money in fraud. There’s no money in stopping it.

My Price Is My Life with James O’Keefe | Setting Sail with Scott Presler Episode #1
My Price is My Life with James O’Keefe is officially back! But this time, we’re not filming in our typical studio. Instead, we’re setting sail on James’ sailboat, Lucky Charm III. Each episode combines the art of sailing with authentic, humanizing conversations with each guest.
For this comeback episode, James takes conservative grassroots organizer and election integrity activist Scott Presler sailing. Scott founded Early Vote Action, which has registered thousands of Republicans nationwide, and released his first book, "The Persistence," in June.
Scott opens up about what the MAGA base really wants from the Trump Administration, and shares the exact moment he learned that Pennsylvania, and ultimately the White House, had won the 2024 election.

“How do they not recognize you?”
In politics people talk at you, not to you.
When not “disguised,” DC people tell me how important they are, without letting me get a word in. Then they name drop. A lot.
If I’m in real name, I go Irish goodbye. If I’m under alias, I get a story

James O’Keefe went with James Fishback to retrieve his firearms after a Florida judge dismissed the Risk Protection Order against him.
James Fishback stated that James’ Second Amendment rights were revoked because he was defending his First Amendment rights. According to Fishback, James is ultimately being punished for being a journalist after reporting on statements made earlier this year by Matthew Tyrmand, the former board member of Project Veritas, including Tyrmand's remark that he "would kill him [James O'Keefe]."
Under Florida Statute 790.401, when a Risk Protection Order is dismissed, the law enforcement agency holding the firearms is required to return them after confirming the individual is legally eligible to possess firearms under state and federal law.
Stick around to the end to see if James gets his guns back.
