Here is the restraining order: @JamesOKeefe
Very unusual for a Judge to grant a temporary restraining order against a newsroom.
I’ve had these filed before.
We stand by our reporting and will fight for the 1st amendment.

“Just following orders” and “just doing my
Job” and “need to feed my family” defenses get tiring when there is no administration of justice.
On one hand I get it.
But witness the whole Cottage industry of people who make money off a broken, unjust system. Day in day out for yrs

California Identity Scam: Petition Fraudsters Logging Into Online Database To Supply Real Voter Names For Forged Signatures & Streamline Ballot Petition Payments
“You’re not gonna use your name… I’m giving you one.”
Residents Are OUTRAGED After Learning Their Identities Were Used Without Consent
In Part III of the cash-for-ballots investigation, petition fraudsters on Skid Row in Los Angeles were caught on hidden camera logging into an online database accessing registered voter names and addresses. These identities were then given to homeless individuals and used to sign in the name of on election petitions.
Our undercover footage shows these signatures completed under false identities, followed by cash payments.
We tracked the names used in the footage and went door-to-door to verify the individuals whose names appeared in the footage. Residents confirmed the addresses were accurate, but denied ever signing any petitions.
“That’s my address… but that wasn’t me.”
Cam Higby and I confronted Brenda Brown after previously capturing her on tape discussing payment for voter registration work. She agreed to speak privately.
SIGVALID.COM was identified as the online database used to access real voters' names and addresses for the petition ballots.
More footage shows how these petitions were completed, including instances where the “Declaration of Circulator” was not signed at the time of submission. In one case, Steven Nelson appears to have signed as circulator, despite Brenda Brown conducting the circulation. This violates California Elections Code § 104, which requires the circulator to sign a declaration in their own hand stating they personally circulated the section and witnessed the signatures being written, under penalty of perjury.
Those behind Brenda made one thing clear: fraud like this happens all the time…
Who is being held accountable?

UPDATE: Just got out of court in Miami. The Judge extended the temporary restraining order until May 11th. There will be a ruling then.
The court is now asking me to surrender my firearms. See documents below.
We are filing an emergency interlocutory appeal today.
Prior restraint against a newsroom is unconstitutional. Near v Minnesota. NYT v United States. This is a violation of our 1st and 2nd amendment rights. We are filing an anti-SLAAP, seeking attorneys fees and will appeal all the way, if necessary.
The TRO is also based upon third party’s comments, not our reporting. Thats a “hecklers veto,” where the government suppresses or restricts news reporting because of the reaction of an audience.
This is regarding our reporting on Matt Tyrmand. We published a tape of him threatening to kill me. He shot up an image of me on the front of my book with a rifle bullet through my heart. He bragged about being a SDNY informant. Comments were angry at him. He just brought a “domestic violence stalking” Restraining order afterwards in Miami family court against my news organization, and the local Judge signed off. This is an extraordinary series of events. This is not an April Fools joke.

ACCOUNTABILITY UPDATE: The Department Of Justice is taking action.
The DOJ is now conducting witness testimonies from my team who performed the undercover operations. This is a major step to accountability and ensuring fraudsters get arrested.
My team including the members of the Citizen Justice League caught the actual crimes of the cash exchange committed on camera. Actual election fraud happening on tape.
We are hopeful the American people will receive the long-deserved justice and look forward to working with the DOJ on this matter.
We are keeping the pressure on. More updates to come.

It took 11 years defending himself over one story. This is what they do to people who hold them accountable.
Nobody is held accountable because the people who have the power to do so are afraid of the retaliation. But David is different. His love of truth was greater than his regard for himself.

Jonathan Choe was PUSHED HARD to sign and forge signatures on ballot petitions in LA.
“To see these ballot petitioners gathering signatures while targeting some of the most vulnerable people on the streets… that’s probably one of the most sinister things I’ve seen.”
He and James O'Keefe explain his experience on Skid Row, describing interactions with petition fraudsters who appeared to “expect” people to sign and even forge others’ signatures.
Jonathan Choe also shares from his investigation many California residents are heartbroken and want an end to this.

Nancy Mace joined James O'Keefe on On The Inside: “I applaud your work… The justice system is corrupt.”
The OMG team captured footage of alleged petition fraudsters logging into an online database to pull real voters’ names, then giving them to homeless individuals to forge signatures and impersonate voters.
Nancy argued the system is backwards. The ones doing the work exposing crimes are the ones being sued....

BREAKING: California Controller’s Top Communications Official Admits Audits “Are Not Getting Done” & Acknowledges “100 Percent” Fraud Exists in the State
“We [CA Controller’s Office] just can’t conduct the audits”
“There is no statewide plan on homelessness”
“They [CA counties, cities] are asking for $1 billion this year”
Bismarck Obando is the Acting Deputy Controller of Public Affairs and Press Secretary for CA State Controller Malia Cohen , the state’s chief fiscal officer responsible for accounting for and protecting California’s financial resources. Bismarck Obando admitted on hidden camera that the Controller’s Office “can’t conduct” key financial audits.
Due to staffing cuts, the audits “are just not getting done,” and he claims there is “no statewide plan” on homelessness, and CA counties/cities are asking for $1 billion this year for homelessness.
In honor of Nick Shirley, James O’Keefe visited California homeless shelters/non-profits in South Los Angeles: Abundant Blessing & Urban Alchemy. Both non-profits were accused of fraud. We went on the ground to visit these groups and discovered there were actually zero homeless people there.
Abundant Blessings Incorporated, a homeless shelter that claims its mission is to end homelessness by providing short- and long-term housing, received funding of $23 million. The executive director, Alexander Soofer, was arrested on charges of fraudulently obtaining the $23 million in public funds.
Urban Alchemy, another non-profit that claims to provide hygiene services and operate “safe sleep villages,” received over $60 million in government contracts, including more than $12 million through LAHSA since 2021.
Homeless individuals shared with our undercover journalists that they have gone to the shelters for blankets, socks, and toothpaste, but they are always out of items. These shelters receive millions of dollars a year, and nobody knows where the money is going.
Our team reached out personally to Bismarck Obando and the office of Malia Cohen for comment, but we received no response.
