Siamak Amini, a political prisoner held in Evin Prison, has been deprived of family visitation for three weeks.

According to the Campaign for the Defense of Political and Civil Prisoners, this punitive measure has been imposed on Amini, preventing him from meeting his family during this time. Reports indicate that this visitation ban has been applied as a disciplinary action against him.

Amini had previously been sentenced by the Revolutionary Court to four years and three months in prison, a sentence later reduced to four years, one month, and seventeen days upon appeal.
