2️⃣ Who has access issue? The users of Avast and AVG antiviruses.

3️⃣ Why did it happen? We suppose that there is an incident with a false positive.

4️⃣ What did we discover? According to “virustotal”, no threats have been detected by any of the 79 antivirus engines. We were spotted in 3 of 93 databases of problematic URLs. According to sucuri.net the website does not contain “malware” and is not in the blocklists.

5️⃣ What is being done at the moment? The problem is being processed, we are sending a report to antivirus developers with the licenses.
❗️We already got the answer from AVG, the problem will be solved within 24 hours.

There recently occurred an incident with an attempt to exploit a vulnerability in the margin trading algorithm on KickEX exchange. There was a small piece of code that was released into the product servers prematurely. We want to be as transparent with you as possible, so we are going to tell you exactly what happened on the night of Thursday to Friday.

Shortly — the exchange is operating normally. Orders and transactions that were carried out by the attackers at artificially high rates were canceled. Deposits, withdrawals, and orders function normally. The accounts of those who intentionally participated in the exploitation of the vulnerability are blocked.
