It's now been one week since Sam was sent to prison for stickers. I've been asked quite a lot over the last week how people can help Sam and how we can push back against the sentence. I've put together an article on the Patriotic Alternative website of six suggestions I have.

Here is an issue we can all get behind…
Kriss Donald was a 15-year-old boy who was tortured and murdered in an anti-White attack 20 years ago.
The authorities are refusing to impose conditions that would require Kriss's murderers to stay away from his grieving family.
The authorities have also denied a memorial for Kriss to be held by his family to mark the 20th year of his death on the 15th March 2024.
Tommy Robinson and Kriss's family have launched a petition urging authorities to deny parole for Kriss's killers.
I cannot imagine how awful it must be to lose a child in such a manner. Please see Tommy’s post below and help Kriss’s family by signing the petition.

Let me tell you something about Toby Young. He emailed Sam a couple of weeks ago saying they wouldn’t normally get involved in cases where a conviction had already happened, but due to the response and backlash to this case he would take a look. He asked to be put in touch with Sam’s solicitor which Sam facilitated. We never heard back after that and Sam’s solicitor wasn’t contacted. Why the change of heart? Who is paying you, Toby?

Yes, the FSU reached out to Sam and asked to be put in touch with Sam’s legal team which Sam facilitated. Sam’s legal team haven’t been contacted according to them. Did you chase this up with Sam to see if there was an error somewhere?
Sam has never said he isn’t going to appeal. He’s said you can only appeal if there are legal grounds to appeal and this is something we’re currently working on.

I managed to find the email chain on Sam’s phone.
So Toby Young has just said the following:
“The Free Speech Union reached out to Sam Melia and his legal team after his conviction to ask if they were planning to appeal and if they wanted any help. His legal team didn’t respond and he indicated he didn’t intend to appeal.”
It’s possible that he did contact Sam’s solicitor and the email got lost somewhere. Let’s give him the benefit of the doubt. However if he got no response, he could’ve chased it up with Sam. This is the only correspondence to Sam. It all went quiet after this.
However, saying “he indicated he didn’t intend to appeal” is completely false. You can even see that Sam has attached a document called “Appeal” to the email.
Please don’t lie about my husband just because he’s in prison and he can’t defend himself because I will defend him to the death.

Whenever somebody defends Sam’s right to freedom of speech on X, I see the same few people (including Sunder Katwala) in the replies below saying something like: “Why don’t you tell the full story and show these stickers too?”
Listen dickheads, just because you think Jews should have special privileges compared to everybody else and be above comment or criticism, that doesn’t mean that everybody else does.
In fact, the reason that you haven’t seen these stickers in the press is because they weren’t mentioned throughout the trial when the press were there (apart from the conquest not asylum one). Even Counter Terrorism thought the other stickers were worse.
Nobody is hiding any of the stickers. You can view the whole archive on Telegram. None of them encourage violence or use racial slurs and if Sam wants to say that Jews are censoring free speech then he has every right to say that.
