It’s good to see people calling out Hope Not Hate but I would argue that they’re not as influential as some people think.

The media reference them a lot but I think when it comes to the government, they don’t get given much information in return. HNH seem to think obvious fed op groups are real, badgering for them to be shut down when they’re clearly creations of the state.

In addition, when they passed over a load of info to Counter Terrorism about Sam, the vast majority of it was discarded because it was useless. After sending CT on a wild goose chase for years, following false leads that lead nowhere (such as trying to connect Sam to NA), the CPS weren’t impressed with HNH at all and the only time they were brought up in court was as a way for us to discredit the case. Even the judge was highly critical of HNH, calling them trouble causers and the “far left”.

I suspect after their failure to get a terror conviction in Sam’s case the CPS may think a bit more carefully about believing them in future.

If you get a message from Louis at Trilogy Casting, he seems to be messaging everybody who comments on our channels. They are looking for people to discuss the topic of immigration for a leading TV channel. We haven’t spoken to them so don’t know anything more but as always proceed with caution when it comes to the media.

Been teaching myself to crochet this year and I’ve just finished my first ever piece of clothing. It was quite hard but I think now I’ve made one and learned all the different parts, the next one will be much faster and better. I made this for my daughter once she arrives 😊

Owen Jones, who has been faithful to Labour for as long as I can remember, is encouraging his followers to vote for Green candidates and left wing independents instead. It’s mainly because of economic issues and what’s happening in Palestine.

This is great for nationalists! The two party system we have in Britain needs to be destroyed. There’s never going to be any change if people only consider themselves as having two options. The Tories have destroyed themselves (good) but any additional damage to Labour should be welcomed.

Sam had his first meeting with probation today. They’re the ones who will assess him and give recommendations for his release and what happens to him after his release. They told him usually there is violent intent/action and it’s their job to bring the prisoner down to non-violent intent/action before release, but Sam is already considered non-violent so they don’t have to do that. Sam said they just chatted about politics for a bit and he had to explain per capita to them. 🙄
