The Police Department is temporarily detaining suspect Do Anh Tu (29 years old, in Gia Vien, Hai Phong) to investigate the motive for the crime, seriously injuring 3 people.

38-year-old Kristopher Fyffe currently at Queens Criminal Court awaiting arraignment. His vehicle was unregistered and had no license plates. Inside found five Pitbulls — appeared malnourished.
Allegedly the same person was arrested in 2012 due to an immigration detainee. Citizen of Jamaica.
Another witness said:
“I saw this man and his girlfriend dump the dog at Gwen Ifill Park. I called 911 (no response, shocker). When I confronted him, he flashed a knife and told me to mind my business.”

They scream, "He's fascist!" - He was chased after riots broke out in the city of Lausanne. There, a 17-year-old youth, riding a stolen scooter, fled the police at 4 a.m. and died after crashing into a wall.

🇫🇷 Helicopter crashes into a lake while trying to scoop up water to fight a forest fire in #France.
The pilot was seen dropping too quickly to fill the bucket, with the chopper's tail submerging into the water. According to local authorities, the two men in the helicopter were able to get out and make it to the shore unharmed.
