🇺🇸 #Florida. Two teens arrested after beating of disabled man. Video shows an attack at a Tiger Bay State Forest bonfire. Deputies say it happened Oct. 23; Cody Stripling, 18, and Sebastian Bowers, 19, were arrested Oct. 31.

Arrest-affidavit reporting says the man was punched and kicked and reported being put in a chokehold. A friend returned and intervened. Both men face aggravated battery, battery by strangulation and aggravated abuse of a disabled adult charges. They have not been convicted.

Detectives want to speak with others who were there, including the person who recorded the video. The man’s current condition and a motive are unconfirmed.

🇺🇸 A 35-year-old man was arrested after allegedly attacking a 12-year-old girl with a hammer and abducting her 10-year-old sister from their home in Canby, Oregon.

The younger girl was found about 13 hours later in an Oregon City home, bound with duct tape and stuffed inside a duffel bag in a closet. Her sister was hospitalized with severe injuries, while the suspect is being held without bail on attempted murder, kidnapping and multiple other felony charges.

🇺🇸 Black woman leading a van full of kids was confronted after allegedly clearing out a homeowner’s entire Halloween stash — more than 40 juice boxes and over 260 pieces of candy meant for neighborhood trick-or-treaters 🎃
