Here is the moment an abducted woman escaped her attacker and fled to safety. This is months after he kidnapped her and subjected her to horrific torture with a baseball bat, flathead screwdriver and more gruesome methods.

Walter Medina, 48, allegedly abused the woman since abducting her in January, beating her with a baseball bat and stabbing her with a flathead screwdriver.

By the time she escaped on Monday, she had bruises and deep puncture wounds all over her body, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office in Florida said.

'The victim endured unimaginable suffering at the hands of Medina as he forcibly transported her around the Tampa Bay area and threatened to kill her if she fled or sought help,' police said.

In the Russian city of Nizhny Tagil, special forces detained a gamer who played Counter-Strike for the terrorists

It is not yet known exactly what crime he is charged with.

The footage shows three law enforcers in helmets and body armor and two in civilian clothes running in, putting the gamer face down on the floor and fixing him in front of his astonished neighbor. He even threw down his keyboard and mouse and moved away so as not to interfere with the "special operation".

USA. Thug pushes 68-year-old woman down the stairs in front of a church and then steals her purse and car in Queens.

The incident happened at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church on 152nd Street. The woman was rushed to the hospital in critical condition after hitting her head against the concrete.

She was going to the morning church service when the incident happened according to the pastor. The man stole $300, a credit card, a cellphone and her car.

Thankfully, the woman is now in stable condition.
The suspect has not been found.

Colorado paraprofessional Kiarra Jones arrested for assaulting children with disabilities.

Jones worked as a bus aide to help children with autism and other disabilities travel between school and their homes.

Three families are now taking action against Jones, claiming they started noticing behavioral changes from their children about 6 months ago.

They also noticed physical injuries including scratches, bruises, a lost tooth, broken toe, black eye, and other bruises.

Jones was arrested on April 4 after surveillance footage showed her hitting a student in the abdomen and mouth.
