Restaurant worker attacked by a customer because his food was taking too long.

USA. LA. According to reports the customer became upset because his food was taking too long to come out.

Then, he began yelling at a pregnant co-worker. When the victim asked the customer to stop, he started beating him in the head.

"I hope they catch him. I hope they put him in jail. I thought he was going to kill [me]."

The customer has returned to the restaurant at least four times, looking for the worker.

No arrests have been made.

Mother gets up during a 1st-grade award ceremony near Atlanta and starts yelling expletives at the principal after her son didn't get an award.

The incident reportedly happened at Fairington Elementary near Atlanta, Georgia.

The mother appeared to misinterpret a message that was sent to parents from the school before the ceremony.

According to the woman who posted the video, the school sent out a message telling parents that they should only come to the ceremony if they received an invite.

If the child didn't get an invitation, they were not getting an award however the mother showed up anyway.

The mother claimed that her son's report card should have meant that he got an award as she stormed out of the building.

USA. A man who police say smashed the window of a San Jose ice cream shop right next to where a child was sitting has been arrested, police say.

USA. New York City liquor store owner is facing 7 years in prison after shooting a thief who assaulted him and tried stealing from his store.

The incident happened after Francisco Valerio and his brother Luis caught Kevin Pullutasi and Edwin Paiquiza stealing.

The owners shoved them out the door before the thieves, both 20, started kicking and punching them.

Valerio then tried swinging at one of the thieves while holding a gun which was allegedly fired on accident, hitting Pullutasi.

Valerio is facing two counts of assault which could land him in prison for 7 years.

The two thieves were charged with petit larceny and face up to a year in jail.

A woman had a cartoonish meltdown on a Spirit Airlines flight -- and while cops were trying to remove her ... she tried invoking the name of George Floyd.

You can see the police put one handcuff on her as the woman protests, and when they tell her she's under arrest -- she says that's fine ... noting she's "been there before."

That's when the woman claims cops are hurting her, and she starts to wail like a siren.

USA, LA. The family of a partially blind woman left brain dead after an attack by a homeless man says the police didn’t want to arrest him; He was only charged with a misdemeanor and then released.

Maria Guadelupe Vargas, who is partially blind, fell and hit her head while trying to help Rangel Hernandez during an attack by a homeless man.

Rangel Hernandez was in the drive-thru of McDonald's when the homeless man began hitting him through his open window. Rangel Hernandez got out of the car to defend himself.

“The man bumped her with his body and dropped her and she hit her head bc of that she had heart attack”

Vargas was released from the hospital after a week but readmitted due to declining health.

Rangel Hernandez said doctors told him his wife of 30 years no longer has brain activity.

Footage released of number 1 ranked golfer Scottie Scheffler getting arrested while turning into the parking lot before the second round of the PGA Championship.

The footage shows Scheffler turning left into the Valhalla parking lot before the officer appeared to attach himself to the side of the car.

The grainy footage is the only footage available at the moment because the officer did not activate his bodycam.

Despite this, the charges were not dropped against Scheffler who is facing up to 10 years in prison for second-degree assault.

Man shoots three bystanders including an 8-year-old girl in the head after getting hit by a car while riding a scooter

Philadelphia police are searching for the scooter rider who shot three people after a crash.

“The operator of that scooter gets up, produces a handgun and starts firing indiscriminately”

The 8-year-old girl was shot in the head while in a car with her father. She will have to have surgery.

A 45-year-old male was shot in the leg, and a 47-year-old Middle School teacher inside another vehicle was shot twice in the face.

All three victims are reported to be in stable condition.

A deputy in a patrol car comes under attack during a street takeover in Highland. One teen opens the door of the cruiser, attempting to overtake the deputy as a mob smashes the doors and windows.

It happened as about 100 people had gathered in the area for a street takeover. One person opened a fire hydrant to flood the intersection, making it easier for cars to drift.
