The man was arrested after paying $150,000 to book the 'wedding,' which was allegedly a 'stunt.' Multiple people were arrested, including the 9-year-old girl's 41-year-old mother.

"We all thought we were going to attend a wedding … Everyone was stunned, no one expected it," a hired guest said.
