🇺🇸 Collision on Sisk Rd off of 99 northbound in Modesto, #California.
The crash on Sisk Rd occurred when a Corvette and Mustang were racing on freeway 99 (street racing). Corvette lost control in the gravel.
The male driver was ejected from the car and the female passenger was trapped inside the upside down car. Several witnesses rushed to aid and were able to lift car uo to get her out. The driver sustained major injuries after being ejected from the car.
The driver of the Mustang continued northbound to their residence in Manteca. Mustang driver arrested.

The security guard was attempting to remove the suspect from the store when he became combative and ended up on top of the security guard. The security guard had been working at Kroger for 30 days and had six to seven interactions with the suspect before the latest incident, court records state.
The portion of thumb was recovered by first responders, and the victim was transported in stable condition to a hospital. The suspect has been charged with felonious assault.
